Oh man I always wanted to get into this, but I kept forgetting about it.

I did a little Geocaching a while back.

Never got really into it.

Did get a pretty sweet top out of it though.

I've never participated in geocaching, but I've heard a lot about it. It sounds fun.

Not going to lie, geocaching is what drives me to get exercise. I just load up a bunch of coordinates in the GPS and start walking. The beauty of it is that it takes me to so many places I would never ordinarily find myself. I love it.

I tried Geocaching once. Well, not willingly. A friend of mine told me and another friend about it and we did a quick check and found there was one not too far from the bus stop we get off at. Both me and the other friend were cynical about it. We spent about fifteen to twenty minutes stumbling around one area under the blazing sun trying to find the darned thing with no satisfying result. We were not amused.

The Wretched Automaton: Not that many caches are like that. You were probably just unlucky. If the cache is in an urban area, there's a fairly high chance that someone will mistake it for trash and just throw it out. That's why I like to go Geocaching in more rural areas, like a hiking trail or something. Usually the caches in urban areas are smaller and only contain a log, while the ones on hiking trails and other outdoor areas are usually larger and contain more items to trade. Try again in an area with less people, and I'm sure that you'll find a cache waiting for you.
