Alright, this is a really funny story:

My computer's internet is pretty slow. So, I occasionally have to click the refresh button a few times before it'll load.

Now, BZP was loading really slowly, so I just clicked the refresh button over and over again, really rapidly, for around five minutes, got bored, and then the board message came up.
