I don't think it takes a week. I think it shows up around Tuesday or Wednesday.

I seem to remember Nickelodeon making it available online the Monday after, but I could be wrong...

Last time I missed an episode (And the Winner is...), Nick didn't put it up on their website until the following Thursday, so it can be quite a wait.

Actually, episode 7 is already up. I missed it too, so that's pretty cool.
