What, you're only now noticing this? It's been ever-present since the forum's return last October.

There's also a MSN/Bing bot too.

The Bing bot probably just copied the searching algorithm of the Google Bot

As a soon-to-be employee of Microsoft, I can assure you that Bing™ uses its own revolutionary, innovative search algorithms to bring you what you yeah it's pretty much copying Google.

At first I thought you said Google Earth, in which case I was confused, but then I reread it. Yeah, it's a bot that they use for doing whatever it is they do. I never questioned it.

I could seriously see this being the premise of a science fiction disaster, though. "Yeah, I've always noticed them, but I always figured..."
