Whaaaat? I had a maths test today. And one of the problems, was, well... it was similar to one we'd already had in that course, but that was one of the few problems hardly anyone had been able to solve. Which means I had to improvise. D: And a friend of mine too said that it was odd (and he was one of the few who had been able to solve the other problem :/ ). Ah well, we'll see how it will turn out.
But there's something odd I have noticed about maths and art: on some rare occasions, after having had to deal with some really mentally exhausting stuff, like incredibly hard problems (incredibly hard for someone who tends to simply not see the way to the solution... >.>), drawing stuff is actually easier than before. Of course, it shouldn't be too brain-wrecking, because then I wouldn't even be able to play a silly computer game or anything, but if I'm still somewhat there *har har* I find my own mental barriers to have "vanished".
Of course, not completely gone, but at least less restricting. Which leads to drawings like the above, or sometimes even sillier stuff. I don't know why/how, but sometimes maths stuff can apparently give you some sort of "creativity boost". Maybe only just because you really do need lots of it for solving some problems. o.o
...
I swear, the more I have to do with mathematical things, the more I actually enjoy them. xD
