1st Blog Lock Down Drill Results!

First off, here is how to time an official Blog Lock Down Drill:

 

1) Press the "lock" button on an entry, and start the timer simultaneously.

 

2) After you press the "lock" button on the last entry, stop the timer when the page is finished loading.

 

3) Round your time up to the nearest second; i.e., round 3:47:76 up to 3:48.

 

Now you know how to have such a drill. :)

 

And now, without further ado, here is my first official Blog Lock Down Drill time: 1:18.

Wow, that's pretty slow, I can get Rubik's Cube done quicker than that.

 

Just kidding, (Not about the cube part though), did you do this on high speed or dial-up?

I don't have much experience with Rubik's Cubes, but that's pretty fast. O_O

 

Anyway, I'm using high speed. It's not as fast an operation as you would think -- the pages take a bit to load each time, and it adds up. :P

You know, how many entries a person has influences how long it will take to "lockdown" a blog. How long do you suppose it would take Omi? ^_^

To the contrary, I have too little time on my hands... I just chose to spend some of it doing this. But hey, safety is important. I have to be prepared for a massive spammer attack -- it could happen at any moment. But usually not at one in the morning. :P
