I thought that the title music in the first was awesome, as was the battle music in the second. However, the third (having random music compiled from both movies) did not add much to that factor. I was greatly disapointed, as the music from At World's End was not very good. The effects, however, rule.

Ask my dad, he'll tell you that upon seeing every trailer for Dead Man's Chest and At World's End, I would quietly say: "Skeletons, oh please, oh please."

My dad will also confirm that I whispered that thing about Elizabeth not aging into his ear in that last scene, and also that Will/Elizabeth's son looks erily familiar to the hanged kid in the beginning....

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to notice that the Turner's kid looked like the one from the movie intro...

Anyway, I would have to agree that, while it wasn't as good as the first, it was certainly better then the second. The storyline was more complex then the second and the jokes were funny. (That was one thing that really bugged me about Dead Man's Chest, all the jokes were just rehashed gags from the first one) I actually almost didn't go see it because of the second one. I was going to wait until it came out in the dollar theatre, but I'm glad I changed my mind.
