Forgot to post- December. "Thumbellina" mini canvas's acrylic painting for my mom, stashed for upcoming 2026 holidays. Thumbellina because she's tiny and I'm a Hans Christian Anderson fan🌸Not as detailed as I'd prefer, because had no microbrushes left at the time. Doing 🎨 was such a treat after rushing myself to finish the Xmas gift sewing & cooking ❤️. Inspo from @pixabay and tried to match her heirloom #hummels in color scheme.

Figuring out @masteringdiabetes inspired WFPB meals that the fam will enjoy. I'm seasoning the beans with chicken bullion because this is for health (not a religion lol) and if it makes beans better accepted, why not? 😆🍗. I'm making like 1 month of pre individually frozen meals for them at a time, with a different Maindish each night to keep beans to keep interesting/in kind of a "menu"type fashion. Then their brunch (breakfast+lunch) daily trays alternating with millet fruit porridges, millet waffles or fruit bread topped with @nakednutrition vanilla pea protein fruit sauce, a Buddha bowl, beans/bean flatbread, fruit & veg + air popcorn bags. Hope soon I can metabolize more than lowcal liquid diet. 🙏 cooking is therapy for the trauma of starving due to diseases. ❤️🩹Also happy spam of sunsets, giraffe rootbeer faux floats, sunsets and my joy of waking up to gifts of @lego magazine, candy for photography and cocoa to drink #thanksmom Oh! Joyful January so far! Feels funny to post current content! .First year in life I've begun with an actual medical “care team”! A good one!, as per the new GI dr went well! She gave Motegrity for EDS gastroparesis and motility issues, ran labs, found low iron sat ,suspected cause = low pro’ intake. low ATT w/ normal/MM phenotype, low ceruloplasmin. I just finished the 24hr copper test to evaluate, and have liver biopsy on Jan 22nd(dread). She also is trying to get PET scan approved but Medicaid is fighting. 🙏And Endo' is trying to figure out if I have central hypothyroidism (usually due to brain tumor) or euthyroid sick syndrome (thyroid dysfunction from severe illness) and is waiting on the liver/GI workup while I trial NDT.Started taking down Xmas sooner than usual, putting up normal shelf decor, started on Palentine's party pink, & crafting for it. And got the groundhog gang out for their day upcoming.💕 🦫🦫🦫🦫🦫🦫🦫

What a day in my life looks like right now. Just made for fun as per I always wonder what other humans get to do all day. *edit: I am doing The Bob Beck Protocol using these devices, and drink ozonated water& coloidal silver during the day. We use the Sota brand devices. We added the other alt therapies like the sauna, grounding, enemas and supplements (herbs, vitamins, Fenben, black seed, fulvic+humic acid, NAC, lowfat WFPB diet). I'm "extremely medically complex" (dub by Duke pediatric cardiologist) so we aren't sure what it's doing, but my symptoms and labs have improved.

So spontaneously after swinging at sunset, I felt well enough for a quick frolic to my room to transform into a frosty flower fairy for a few’. Been a long time since felt well enough for frivolity energy, I credit the alt. therapies for it.. Dress made years ago for a children's church dance I choreographed. Pre ♿️ days, but I'm starting to “wheelchair dance” again a little each day! Giving thanks 🙏 for the visible health improvement!
I am a puffy pixie (for me) currently due to the sudden multiorgan malfunction. It's an intense gaslighting experience when you're able to eat less than at any time in your life, but rapidly, uncontrollably getting heavier. “For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, And what I dreaded has happened to me.” I lived around a body&size shamer for most of my life, and never wanted to be like the insults he threw. But I can't control a bit of what is happening to me. The liver, thyroid and adrenals aren't forces to be underestimated. But this body & battle is temporary, thank goodness! And hope is on the horizon!
It's funny, it's the 4th Feb’ here at this new 104yr old home. I'm starting to feel like I did years prior. l, like who I was. Before fleeing abuse, rebuilding this old puppymill, and having the few fibers of my health fall from my grasp. I'm having ideas again, art ideas, new ones and remembering past dreams. My soul feels reawakened at the beauty and art in life again. the excitement and zest for living and imagining. A fresh creative craving has grown back from exhausted ashes. The past few years of health decline had hollowed out much of my memory, energy, cognition and inspiration. I think this is a topsy turvy way to say, I feel like I'm slipping out of survival mode. I so hope my body will continue to bounce back like my brain. I believe! I have a safe family, no longer poverty, a joyful home, good doctors , alt therapy helping me, and best of all, people around me who are so loving 💕

We got snow! Build a snowman off my ta-da! List. A snow fairy, or februfairy. The birds didn't eat her berry eyes, nor did the sprinkles melt 😆💕. And mom surprised me with Aldi fuchsia forever flowers! They fit perfectly in this hairbrush bag she gave me, now adorned with pompom trim to feel French market-ish 💕 She also got me longed for pink sprinkles + vday baking cups! Jan 18th, The day I started DIY freestyle wheelchair ballet 15-30min daily as part of my exercise. I still remember the moves and positions. I'M SO HAPPY. I used to live in ballet shoes, on climbing trees, soccer fields and gymnastics mats prior to my collagen crumbling. But ballet, above the others, was my beloved.Then short children’s church worship choreography post PICU health crash. But as my health worsened, it never occurred to me to adapt to ballet-style wheelchair waltzes. Does it look awkward? Yes. Does it bring me joy? YES ✨💕So happy to have a way to pseudo-pirouette as part of my daily exercises/physical therapies .💕🩰♿️

Liver biopsy (ultrasound guided) went well, giving thanks! All the hospital people were so nice too (1st time at main campus Mission hospital) 🙏 I fell fully asleep which wasn't expected/planned on only Fentanyl and meperidine (chill meds) and that was an answer to prayer(my neighb'said her LB's were crazy painful awake). Sauna really helping get the sedation grogginess to go away. Results came back in 24hrs. "Almost normal, minimal reactive change" possibly DILI, maybe from senna 3months ago? I need enzyme rechecks in a month, but so far this points back to the main issue being systemic endocrine+small bowel mediated disease. Endo very kindly is researching the Medicaid approval requirements in attempt to get me nuclear medicine/PET scan. Hope! Has it felt like an incomprehensibly long January to anyone else? ❤️⏳. Joyful, just full, haha! And speaking of long, apparently my hair is actually growing out/not immediately breaking off. I never have cut it in my life except split ends but it never grew. Hoping that means health/thyroid stabilizing(?).🙏 Procedure sedatives followed by blizzard scare = losing all grasp of time, weekends and what day it is. Giving thanks haven't lost power so far, and our water pressure pump is now fixed! (It spontaneously went out on the day of my liver biopsy). Cooking recently, for fam. Love the megawaffle maker for millet bread. 4cups dough= 8 slices bread because these waffles are 360cal each and 1" thick! Making bean sandwiches and freezing.
new healthier cookie recipe I concocted for our sweet fam friend. Here 'tis! It's whole food Plantbased/vegan + GF but not sugar of fat free. Using special yummy things we don't eat anymore like oats, PB and sugar.❤️🍪🍩 Here's the recipe if you please : PB Plant Cookies
1cup creamy pb
1cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dairy-free milk/water/coffee
1 tb lemon juice
3 cups rolled oats
1.5 cups whole millet plus 2tb flaxseed, blended.
1 tsp baking soda
2tsp salt
Scoop into 46.5 balls (2tsp scoop). Flatten. Bake at 350* in toaster oven or big oven, 5-10 min. Let cool.
Icing
3/4cup sugar
¾ cup cornstarch
6tb pb
4tb water/plant milk/coffee
Pinch Salt
8tb ground flaxseed.
Scoop, cut & roll into 46.5 balls.
Press icing balls onto each cookie. Press into sprinkles if desired. #wfpb #gfcookies #gfcookierecipe #healthycookies #vegangf
