Something weird just happened to me. I can't even Access the PM box...

Some people have been guessing passwords, then using the accounts to send annoying personal messages to lots of members. To keep them from being able to do that when nobody's around to stop them, the personal system is turned off for normal members whenever Black Six isn't online.
