A tip: Don't argue with the staff.

It ends up with you bludgeoned and bloodied and submissive.

I'm talking from personal experience.

There IS no signoff.

Edit: My spelling is so bad, it sends Teletubbies running for cover.

I don't see anything that can be lost by arguing as long as the arguments don't become flaming.

Comparing us to WWII Germany (or more simply, Nazis), is something that can be taken into consideration for flaming.

-Omi

Sorry if it came across as flaming, it's an injoke.

~D

That really wasn't a joke.

-Omi

Perhaps not to you, but it's an injoke.

A joke is still a joke, whether it is in or out. Share your injokes off BZP. Don't bring them here.

So you're admitting that it's true?

No....

I didn't say that. Perhaps fill me in where I do say that we the staff are nazis.

What you said is that my comment about Nazi Germany wasn't a joke. Which would mean that it's the truth.

Maybe I'm just taking it wrong.

But isn't misinterpretaion banned?

Might be, I'm not sure. I'll have to go check rules volume XVIII.

Here's a question Omi. If it was considered flaming, why wasn't it removed?

1. I don't have the power to edit blogs. Note that I am not a blog leader, nor a gmod, nor an admin.

2. You guys don't report this stuff.

But the person who closed the entry didn't consider it flaming. Or are you not ready to stand by the decisions of the blog leader?

Adding to what Biomech said, the blog leader should have read the whole entry before closing it. Either he wasn't doing his job or it wasn't flaming.

Omi, I'm fairly sure that blog staff have been in and out of this entry since I started it. If it was flaming, as you suggest, and not humor, it would've been deleted by now. Even if no-one reported it.

Ummmmmm, what are you talking about?

There was no flaming in his closed entry.

You do realize that the only people who can edit comments are blog leaders, gmods, and admins right? None haven't even been online.

Because they didn't know what he was saying. He could of said anything... very bad things. Not suggesting that he did, but better safe than sorry, right?

Maybe ciphers could be allowed if they were first apporved by staff.

Nope, I didn't. And I wouldn't, either.

See, Gato is a member I can respect.

Why, because of my dashing looks or because I stand up to the staff. :P

There was no flaming in his closed entry.

So wait, what was all this then?

Comparing us to WWII Germany (or more simply, Nazis), is something that can be taken into consideration for flaming.

I believe I'm misinterpeting something here, would you care to explain?

Um... no.

I think what Ca'gerrin is getting at is that blogs should be a place where people can express themselves.

There are some rules that are important, such as no cursing and no linking to other forums, but no ciphers? They're just puzzles. The Fruit War II was closed for being an RPG-like game. I mean, who cares?

It was said in this entry.

And Sidorak, ciphers aren't puzzle. They are codes. Mostly used for messages. Hence coded messages not allowed.

I know you wouldn't, and if they did, they still couldn't let you do it, because someone else who's a sicko could get the wrong idea, yes? Rules are hard to enforce when some people can get away with disobeying them.

And at the thing Kohaku said in the previous entry, maybe it should become a written rule, to clear up any further confusion.

Edit: That first bit was at Ca's last comment.
