He was a good guy with tons of energy.

But I think he might have ran into something like I did.

At my first job, the receiving manager in back saw me as a noob employee and after a few days said, "Hey. Cut it out."

He was referencing that I was working so hard, fast and accurately that, in his words, "I was making others look bad."

He went on to say, "DON'T let the bosses know what you can do."

At the time, I thought he was just being a lazy bum afraid for his image (well, he was)... but I have to admit he was also right. By the time I left there, I was doing EVERYTHING, I knew EVERYTHING, I was the only person who knew how to run the computers and do ordering, I was the one who attended meetings in the home office in place of the managers, and they BEGGED me not to go when I found a high paying job... I did everything, all for no more than a measly $7.50 an hour.

I burned myself out, because I worked hard. In turn, I made some of those working with me lazy.

Not to put any staff down here, because I just really do not know everything, but Ninjo was ALL over this place and running it well. It's why he was popular.

But in the back of my head I was like, "Oh man... how long can he keep this pace up?"
