I don't know of any live-at-home internet radio stations that are cheap.

It isn't that much of a simple process. :P

Station over the airwaves... EXPENSIVE.

Station over the internet... pennies... until it becomes popular and your IP is asking you to cough up the dough for the bandwidth.

@Both; Okay then, anything for an internet radio station?

I never got into it too far, but EVERYONE I know who did inevitably wound up discontinuing it because, well, what I said above.

Streaming stuff is a bandwidth sucker and things get just that much more crazy with every new listener.

Even 3 people tuning in can lead to a dilemma.

I have a question: Why do you wanna do this?

Bandwidth from the internet radio site or bandwidth from my computer/wireless network?

Bandwith money. I've never tried or even looked into it, so that's really all I know. =/ Sorry.

You are better off getting a show at a college or high school radio station.

Well does your school have a station or a radio program?

Or does a nearby college have a radio program that allows non-campus people to be part of it?

Homeschooled, so no. One of it's disadvantages, that is. ><

I think it may. Not positive, but I could probably find something if I worked hard enough.

Pretty much just get in touch with whoever is in charge.

Though there may not be an guarantees, but worth a shot.
