Obama was officially elected on December 15th, but he won't be sworn in to the presidency until January 20th.

While I personally don't support Bush's policies at all, I would probably report it if someone made a joke at his expense on this site. Depends on the joke, I guess. Good taste counts for a lot.

I don't need to be staff to say this, but no it would be unappreciated, considering it is political discussion and it can offend others.

Also I have never seen anyone make Clinton or Reagan jokes.
