Well, it is "enclosed" in the sense that it is closed, but it's not "enclosed" in the way that it's airtight. Like a cockpit. So it can stand up to the harsh conditions of tracks, vaccum of space, etc. From what I can see, every MOC for IATTAR, except the troll one, has a cockpit.

Also, rules strait from the IATTAR Group on Flickr:

4. Enclosed cockpit for harsh atmosphere/environment protection.

So I should've said, "No enclosed cockpit, -10 pts. :P"

Blah, definitions. I see "cockpit" as where you drive from, not a bubble thing.

 

Besides, he has a helmet. :P
