To answer both, I believe Vahki registration is only closed because this is now a Bohrok fad. But if you want to be a Vahki PM me and we'll work it out.

No, it's not. The Vahki still remain, as do the Bohrok.

But to be a Bohrok, you must go to my blog, to be a Vahki, go to the High Legion Hive. This is no longer a nest or hive. After becoming as nest, Makuta Teridax sent Rahkshi legions through the entrance in Mangaia, most Lehvak in the nest were destroyed, and another Lehvak nest under Le-Koro became the main base.
