Question For Xbox 360 Controller Owners!

UPDATE: I took the gamble and bought it after doing some web searching and BladeTitan974's confirmation.

***

Can anyone tell me if an XBox 360 controller (which can be used on Windows XP/Vista computers) works for the following games?

LEGO Racers (1 and 2)

LEGO Star Wars 1

Those are the important three anyways. If you can tell me about Republic Commando, I'd appreciate it.

If you don't know, but have the time to test it for me, you can download the software to use your controller on your computer here. (Please note that it's for a 64-bit Vista. You can find out if your Vista is a 64-bit by right-clicking "My Computer" and choosing "Properties".)

An answer within the next ten days would be most appreciated. I can get the controller off of Amazon for exactly $29.99 (FREE SHIPPING since it's over $25) by then.

ASK YOUR FRIENDS IF YOU DON'T KNOW. MAKE THIS KNOWLEDGE YOUR BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO ME. AFTER ALL, IT WON'T COST YOU ANYTHING!

I'm not saying anything to do with Xbox controllers, but I have a controller that plugs into a USB port that can be used to play LEGO Star Wars I and II, LEGO Indiana Jones, and any other computer games I've tried on my computer. I'll go check what it's called right now in case that helps you.

Okay, it's Logitech Dual Action. It looks more or less like a Playstation controller.

Yeah, I as much assumed that another game controller would work, but I'm looking for something of a better quality. When I first bought my XBox, I got an XBox controller that wasn't actually lisenced for XBox. It only worked for about a week. Also, should I someday buy a 360, this would take care of one of the extra controllers already. ;)

Looked it up, and yes, they are compatible. You might need a program though.

ARE YOU SERIOUS!? If you're right, you will totally be, like, my new (second) favorite person in the world!

Is there any way you can give me a link, quote, or something of the sort? Like, where exactly did you find this information?

And because Wikipedia isn't always correct, I'll see if theres anything about it in the manuals. If they do work, then you'll probably either need a program, or equipment, or both.

That's okay. I did some random google searching and I think I've found enough to be confident that it will work when it arrives. I remember one person saying it worked with a ten year old flight simulator game. That along with some other info convinced me. And if it doesn't, oh well. At least I know it will work with . . . the last game I bought.
