I had a similar problem a while back, and the advice given to me (from someone in the same boat) was to talk to them. Just go up to them when they aren't busy, ask them to have a chat, and tell them how you feel. More than likely you may just be misinterpreting their attitude.

Of course, I'm a complete hypocrite because I didn't even follow that advice, but meh.
