I got off work earlier than most days toda -- (checks clock) -- yesterday. Off at 4 instead of 7. After I got off, I could have done like most days and just sitting vegetating in front of my computer playing the same game over again or maybe chatting it up with the other members of the Fantastic Four, but I was getting sick of it (sorry, guys ).

So, on a sort of a whim I decided to go over to my cousin's place. After all, tomor -- today is Fat Tuesday, but I'll be working an unusually long shift so I won't have much celebratory time. So I popped on over and helped eat their leftovers while finally watching the third Lord of the Rings movie. I've now officially seen all the movies. Actually, I've seen all three extended versions of the movies. Took me long enough, eh? After that, I helped them do their dishes then I helped them unlock Luigi so we could play Super Smash Bros. on my cousin's "new" N64.

Heh, I remember last time I was at my cousin's house. Three of my cousins (we'll call them "J Dawg, T Bomb, and D Man) and I were playing Smash Bros when I got a brill idea. I said, "Hey, let's all look away from the screen and mash the team color buttons to see how we end up!" So, while we were doing so, T Bomb says, "Wouldn't it be funny if 'D Man' wound up by himself?! (He's the youngest at age ten or something. D Man, that is.) Anyways, when we were finished button-mashing, somebody WAS alone. It was T Bomb vs. all the rest of us. I think he's gonna keep his mouth shut next time.

So, at about 11 PM I drove home, and now I'm sitting here checking e-mails, updating "The Arena" and posting in my blog.

I should really get to sleep. I've gotta be into work at 10 in the morning to train in a new person on the cash register. This is bound to be my most important one, seeing as we're looking at me possibly getting promoted to "In-Store Trainer".
