I can't think of any thing which would motivate you which doesn't involve kardiak Arrest.

So, do what you want to do, i guess.

Get on a bike and go somewhere.

Go on a walk.

Run somewhere. Not for any real reason, just because you can.

Do a spontaneous dance.

Draw.

Hug someone.

Make food.

Sing. Along with the radio, in the shower, by yourself, or with a group, it doesn't matter.

Write.

Read a book.

If you don't get that lazy butt moving, I will personally see to it that you are kidnapped, taken to Africa and work the rest of your life harvesting rock salt in mines 25/8 and delivering stone tablet messages that you carve with your fingernails.
