I notice people are more apt to spell my name correctly when I go by my feminine alias. Maybe I should stay Empress? Nah, people would still make the same mistake of separating the two words. "Empress Whenua" or "Emperor Whenua" (heaven forbid 'Emporer Whenua") are so common, it'd just make me feel even more silly...
