You can use ANY music/audio that's on a CD, .mp3, .wma, .ogg, .flac, or iTunes (DRM-free).

I currently hold the elite high score for the LEGO Mars Mission theme(there's leaderboards). d=

Heck, I even used a simple track of "FALCON... PAWNCH!" I tied the highscore with that one. XD

Pretty much. Along the way you gather colored blocks in a Guitar Hero-ish kinda way. Only they're on the beats, not notes, and you have to make combos of them. I'm sure you can find some gameplay videos out there on the 'net somewhere.
