They should've put up some awesomely big formal sign thingy like this: WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT UNTIL THIS FAILAGE HACKER PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED, THE PERSONAL MESSAGE SYSTEM WILL BE OFFLINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
