A reboot isn't really a reboot if you come back to the same place after a year, which appears to be what we're doing with the stars. Or not. I could be wrong.

Was 2009 not a reboot? I think it wolud be ridiculous to reboot Bionicle twice in two years.

And I think everyone is looking too deeply into the Bionicle Stars thing. This line might not be canon, you know. It could just be a side-line while the real story is played out with full-priced main characters.

That's my point of view. i'm hoping the Stars will just be a side-line, not the main line of sets.

Well, technically it isn't like 2009, since it was still related to the MU, and Mata Nui was planned for an experience. Plus there were all the MU online series.

According to this, there will be nothing to do with the MU. In short, this is the end of the story of the MU.
