In the summer, I can't imagine having to wear layers of sweaters and jackets and still being cold.

 

In the winter, I can't imagine being comfortable in just a tee-shirt and a pair of shorts.

 

And in the spring and fall, I'm just confuuuused.

Yeah.

 

My friend from Vermont wears shorts and t-shirts pretty much all time down here in Southern Virginia.

I don't understand.

Heh, t-shirts and shorts are pretty much all year attire down here, except in the summer when people switch them out for tank tops and swimsuits.
