Yeah.

 

My friend from Vermont wears shorts and t-shirts pretty much all time down here in Southern Virginia.

I wear T-shirts all year long and wear shorts from whenever it gets hot to November. As for my location, I'm in Oregon.

Heh, t-shirts and shorts are pretty much all year attire down here, except in the summer when people switch them out for tank tops and swimsuits.
