Multiverse Posted October 23, 2009 Whoa, that is one of your better ones. It´s so real-looking - I don´t see how anyone can use this amount of perspective in something as round as a head. And yes, there´s something 'bout the nose, but I hadn´t noticed it if you hadn´t said it. ~MOSM~ Quote Link to comment
Kakaru Posted October 23, 2009 Man, it's people like you that make me feel so outclassed. This is excellent. Quote Link to comment
Jithra Posted October 23, 2009 I love drawing on black paper, it's so much fun! A very lovely picture. Nice subtle shading, especially around the bridge of the nose and the eyes. You can really see the roundness and depth. Just one thing I wanted to mention. The ear seems to be sitting a little too far forward. Placing it can be tricky, so what I usually do is lightly draw in how far back the jaw goes, and then set the ear just slightly behind and above where the jaw line comes up. Anyway, good job! The contrast in this piece really gives it a dramatic effect! Quote Link to comment
Toa Tarkana Posted October 24, 2009 Really nice! My art class just did this technique. It's quite cool. ~ Quote Link to comment
Jordboy1 Posted October 25, 2009 That's awesome! And actually choosing a white pencil over black paper makes it all the better. Excellent job on this one, T Nuvia! ;D -Jordboy1 Quote Link to comment
