There hasn't been strong language yet, that I've heard at least.

There have been a few swears, but they've all been relatively "minor."

I've played through the whole game, and for having "strong language", which usually means the two worst swears, it's not that bad. The "two worst" aren't in the game ever. ESRB must've been feeling pretty harsh that day to stick that on the game. Halo 3 has worse and is only marked "Mild Language". Strange.

But anyways, it is not a game to pass up simply for "Strong Language". If the idea of medieval assassin's swearing like truckers was what drove you off, then it is nothing like that. It is fantastic, and you should give it a try! The sequel comes out in November, and my friend has already paid in full for a copy. The new game takes place in the Rennaisance age, hundreds of years later, and adds all kinds of new stuff, like smoke bombs, disarming guards, and even Leonardo DaVinci's flying machines! Go look up some trailers!

Also, you only get major swears when you talk to the woman when you're outside of the machine.

Yeah, but the "current time" story in AC2 is a continuation of the first game's story.
