Sorry, Bitter Cold. While they are indeed sentence fragments, I don't count them as grammatical errors because I use them too often (for dramatic effect).

I mean why as in I have no real need for it, at least not right now.

I'll probably brush up on it and German when I'm older, but as it stands, I travel so little, so a second language is a superfluous accessory to me. =\
