So here I am, sitting at a library computer, waiting for my profile to load (and demanding to thin air yet again an explaination as to why my school district hasn't upgraded their computers to at least Windows Vista), when my friend from French class, Jared (the same Jared that told me about cleverbot.com, FYI) marched into the lab, and said "Hey Fiction (that's his nickname for me, since he often reads my paper drafts over my shoulder when we share seats)! I owe you something."

And then he pulls out 8.75 ounces worth of KitKats and Hershey's chocolate (the kind with almonds; my favorite) out of his coat pocket.

I think Zen just got outclassed on my List of Awesome People. You just can't outdo someone you barely know walking up to you and giving you two giagantic candy bars.

EDIT: My friend in French, Chloe, thinks that Jared has a crush on me, considering that she heard him talking about me and because of the candy bars. She's crazy, of course, but I did blush at the thought. :blush:
