Does Anyone Else Do This?

SPIRIT

I refuse to make a group or fanpage on one of those social networking sites, so I'm going to make a blog entry about this.

Do you ever find yourself sitting in class, bored, and you decide to take apart your pen and put it back together... several times?

Let me know if you do so I don't feel weird about compulsively doing it, myself. :P

I do that

then I get bored and shoot the spring at one of my friends across the room

That's why you should always carry spares

or not use inferior spring pens B)

A few years back I had an exam that I finished in half the time required, so I made a 3D boat out of my stationary. Another time I disassembled all 5 pens that I brought in and arranged the pieces on the desk.

Think of it as a good habit, because it keeps you from doodling on exam papers afterwards. ;)

I've never understood the appeal of "those" pages/groups.

Oddly enough, I did this just today. And I don't even use pens that often, since I'm not in school.

I've done that a few times, but normally when I'm bored in class, I'll doodle or write a story in my notebook and then get flak about it being there whenever the teacher looks through the notes I took :P

Though, I once did make a bow and arrow type thing out of two pencils and a rubber band. It worked, and it started a school fad... which probably wasn't for the best.

I love fixing pens. Occasionally a pen just won't pop out, or it gets stuck, or they just randomly explode. So I take them apart and put them back together (unless a piece is actually broken, then I just throw it away after playing around).

Do any of you pretend your pens/pencils are spaceships, and havewars with them after exams? I do that a lot. The pens are the evil empire, the pencils are the good guys.
