What's this 'Software forum' I've been hearing so much about in this entry?

Um...sorry to question the great SPIRIT, but shouldn't audio projects and such go in General Artwork? General Discussion sounds like...um...discussion....not fan-created projects...and I realize artwork is normally...arty....but radio is considered an art, as is general media...and in most colleges, if you take a radio major, you're taking media classes (or so I've seen)

It just doesn't make sense to me.

EDIT: oh yeah, and I can't seem to find anything in the GD rules that would suggest it would go there...I am confuzzled even more!
