Bleh, I'm not even sure it deserved best animated... I think I liked Coraline better (I never even saw the other ones...).

But yeah, District should have won some awards, probably even best picture, but my hopes weren't very high. Not the kind of movie that usually wins at the Oscars.

As for The Hurt Locker, I know that pretty much every movie critic in the world loved it , but most of the people I know who saw it didn't think it was that great.

It's no glitch... Mass Effect 1 has been about $20 for some time now, being a Platinum Hit (if you get the PH version of it it comes with the Bring Down the Sky mission, which normally costs a few extra dollars for download).

Mass Effect is one of the greatest games ever made, in mine and many others opinions (just look at the reviews...). Mass Effect 2 is better in some ways than ME1 and worse in others. Overall I think ME2 is quite an improvement, though. It's pretty incredible how much depth they invest into the Mass Effect universe... but the characters are really where it's at. They are all so interesting. More so in the second game.
