Though based on those two, I'd say The Wall, just because of length. But for quality, Animals is good, too.

Also should warn you, if you are sensitive to various subjects such as racism and so forth, stick with Animals. The Wall is laden with it, though it does not reflect the band's personal beliefs.

I read Pitchfork too much.

I didn't even find them through Pitchfork, just iTunes browsing, but then when I saw they had Best New Music on there I was like trollface.jpg
