Both names comprise fifteen letters. Booth ran from a theater and was caught in a warehouse. Oswald ran from a warehouse and was caught in a theater. Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials.

There is only one explanation for this.

There are a set amount of people who live the same life with slight differences every hundred years. There are also some new people to explain the growing population.
