Tahu's Adventures, Plus More Baseblog

Am I the only one who finds this "Tahu's adventures" series making itself a fad in the blogs to be pretty annoying and noobish?

-------------------------------

Okay! Haven't made an entry for the BaseBlog in a while. I know LL's not to happy about this so let's get it started:

Colorado's First No-Hitter: Amazingly, Jimenez threw from the stretch for most of the game.

No Rainouts Yet?: Don't want to be jinxing this, but it's a record if it passes May 20th without a cancellation due to weather.

Yankees Turn Triple Play: Gotta love the ol' 5-4-3 triple play. More common than the unassisted version, but it's more fun to watch. Oddly enough, this was overshadowed by the controversy surrounding A-Rod's trotting over the mound on a failed hit-and-run to get back to first base.

Brewers 20, Pirates 0: I don't know what's more amazing: the Brewers scoring 20, the Pirates scoring 0, or the fact that Pirates starter Daniel McCutchen had the same ERA before and after the game.

Welcome to comics, where the noob-style ones get all the attention.

Seriously.

You get used to ignoring them over time, though.

It's supposed to be noobish. :P

And It wasn't supposed to be a fad, people just started making so many fan comics for it :P

Also I'm not the first person to make comics like this.

Educational you say?

Well what did you expect from the exact opposite of a typical comic of Tahu's adventures?

You have a good point.

Yeah, Triple Plays are always sweet, and what was even sweeter was the Cubs' win over the Brew Crew today. I'm guessing the only reason the Brewers scored twenty runs was because the Pirates might finally be acting Pirate-ish and losing a little more often.

And Jimenez' no-no still didn't give me the extra point I needed to win the Fantasy Baseball Matchup I had against fellow RK GB1.

You wait, the Brewers are winning the next game. :P
