Mind telling me how that works? I can't figure out how to apply the skin.

In the forums (or Blog list), there's a drop-down menu in the bottom-left corner with the skins in it.

You can select the 2.3 skin from there (and it helps a lot =D).

Switch to 2.3 as soon as possible.

Trust me, the whole 'GAH BZP WHY WON'T YOU LOOOOOOAD' goes away in a flash. The server goes from taking ten minutes to load something to doing it in a flash.

I actually found that if you sign out, it reverts back to its old speed

They pretty much are, all guests view the site in the default skin -- which was the slow-skin and they do not have any option to change skins. So when you log out, it reverts back to the default skin as that's what you get to see as a guest.

Its fixed now, either skin works.
