Yup. Daleks. Those lovable strange killer death machines from Skaro. Yes, the monotone voices, eggbeater weapons, extermination, and x-ray blaster are only some of the amazing things to expect from a Dalek. You would not, however, expect them to appear in my dream.

It started out as any dream should: travelling inside killer robots through a jungle and blasting anything you see with a machine gun. *Sigh*.

Then it got slightly stranger.

I'm in the desert, above it, really. I'm on an enormous secret base on top of a rock formation. I dive down, only to have mechanical wings sprout from my backpack. An enormous hanglider. It was awesome. Fighting off swarms of mutant lizardmen with guns. Yippie.

Then it got stranger yet, as I was taken to the Underwater Lair. We had been breached, and the lower levels were flooding. The only sounds coming from below (besides water) were strange blasts, and the word "EXTERMINATE!" over and over.

"EXTERMINATE!"

"EXTERMINATE!"

"EXTERMINATE!"

"EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!"

"EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!"

"EXTERMINATE!"

They were getting closer.

A suddenly, two Daleks appeared from a stairwell. We imediatley sealed off the area, but too late. We stopped the flood, but the Daleks were still coming.

"EXTERMINATE!"

One man down.

"EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!"

Another.

"EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!" "EXTERMINATE!"

Soon, I was alone.

"STAY WHERE YOU ARE!" said one Dalek.

I slowly took a step back.

"STAY WHERE YOU ARE!"

I halted. There was only one thing left to do. I re-opened the flood gate.

"EXTERMIN--"

The Daleks were wiped away. I quickly found another stairwell and began to climb. I reached the top, and found my self in a library.

"EXTERMINATE!"

The Daleks were right behind me. I turned around. The two Daleks hovered above the last step. dropping down to the floor, one said:

"YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!"

So I lifted my hand, pointed at the Dalek and said:

"Eshpanesh."

The Dalek said:

"WHAT? EXTERMINA-" It began to desintigrate. In a wonderous array of Octarine* flashes, the Dalek screamed.

"STAY WHERE YOU ARE! STAY WHERE YOU ARE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"

Then it was gone.

The second one screeched:

"DO NOT MOVE, HUMAN!"

I repeated:

"Eshpanesh."

The Dalek began to disappear. The head, the eyestalk...

"MY VISION! MY VISION IS IMPAIRED!"

Then, it too was gone. But inside the Dalek, there was a girl. And the girl said:

"Yay."
