Really? You never have? That's too bad. I did it every year. I feel I'm too old now, so I just scare kids now with a friend and a scary mask. lol

I did it up until last year. Then I just hung out at home. Not even handing out candy, I made my mom do that.

And this year's not gonna be any different.

last time i went out was like... 3 years ago.

Since then i've made myself look like a lawn ornament with the candy bowl next to me, and used whatever glowing features my costume has to scare kids, then move when they go for the "free" candy.

Now, if i can just get that Witch King Helmet Mask Thing

I mean go up to people's doors, say something random when they come out and then walk away without taking candy. Or skip that last step; either way you'd be leaving some poor, bewildered soul behind.
