Because it's in the process of shutting down. =P It's busy trying to close it; and if it were to reopen, it'd likely cause some errors from confusion. =P Doesn't take long to close the process though.

Tried that. It appears to not be a running program according to that program.

Chrome is better and way, way faster.

I took a bandwidth test with IE, FF,and Chrome, and the results were:

IE: Around 2,000

FF: Around around 2,500

Chrome: Almost 10,000
