  1. 2006, 2007, and 2008 are the obvious choices, yet, if you do one, you really have to do them all. 2006 leaves a giant cliffhanger on the end, and doing 2007 would be like doing The Two Towers without The Fellowship of the Ring or The Return of the King, but 2008 could work as a standalone flick with some extraneous exposition. But really, the only thing I care about is who would score it.
  2. Lol, has anyone mentioned those absolutely abysmal (still a blaring understatement) polybags used for promotional means, such as these pieces of swamp fodder? http://brickset.com/sets/7716-1/QUICK-Good-Guy-White http://brickset.com/sets/7717-1/QUICK-Bad-Guy-Green http://brickset.com/sets/6945-1/Bad-Guy-07 http://brickset.com/sets/6126-1/Good-Guy-2008 http://brickset.com/sets/6127-1/Bad-Guy-2008 Gaardus has nothing on these horrifying demons from the deepest and darkest pits of the designer's mind. Ugh.
  3. Good to find someone to relate with. By the way, your rips are very good (for what you had to work with), and I've listened to them several times. I just hope Furst finds some way to release the scores legally. Fair enough. I myself just couldn't found much to like in the score. The beginning of "The Hot Springs" is pretty much an exact lift from "Dennis Steals the Embryos" of the first JP score. You could just as easily call it an homage, since it doesn't last very long, but it's really distracting for me, especially since Jurassic Park is my favorite score of all time. Definitely check it out if you haven't already.
  4. You know, I thought that as my musical knowledge and film music collection grew (currently stands at around one hundred fifty scores), I would "outgrow" Furst's music in a way. And yet here I am, listening to his Bionicle score many years past, and it's still just as beautiful and nostalgic as when I first heard it. It's really quite tragic that we won't get to hear the rest of the music he wrote for this franchise, because these are great scores that deserve releases (the latter two are even better than the first). I suppose in the meantime, we can listen to his score to Need For Speed, which, just like these ones, draws inspiration from Williams and Horner, and, also just like these ones, is absolutely awesome. As an added note, let us never speak of the score to The Legend Reborn again. It's horrendously dull, and it literally rips off Williams's Jurassic Park note for note at one point. -Lewa
  5. I want to say I got a really good price for Muaka and Kane-Ra after the Stars came out, so I bought it. The last NEW Bionicle set I opened was Takanuva Stars.
  6. Um, I am too careful and cautious to step on parts. Nothing painful related to LEGO has ever happened to me, except when I break a part and I feel really sad. This is especially lucky since two of the rooms in my house are usually COVERED with LEGOs.
