  3. Nostaligc question i know. Tell me your first set, and tell me the sets you got that year and the sets in following years. Dont go all the way Because memory thing and you donnt want to. Just do as much as you like one set, your first 5 sets, your first 15, etc do however many you want,i just feel loney in only doing this with myself. I am the question asker. Just thought i'd do mine and also set a template. My brother was also into bionicles, and he is olde than me, so he started it out. I consider our collection to be together. He was born1996, so he was about 7 here. i as about 2.i was born 2000 so just go with the year for my actual year. yeah im 18 now unforatenly My brother got Bohrok Va blue one in 2002. I played with it and messed it up and he got mad. 1st set My brother (possibly, dont really know. 2 set My brother got ToaMetru Matau in 2004. 3rd set My brother got Green visorak in 2005. 4th set My brother got Toa Iruini in 2005. 5th set My brother got Piraka Zaktan in his birthday (December 11) in 2005. 6th set I got Piraka Hakann. Probably my first set (how cute) in 2006. 7th set My brother got Toa Inika Nuparu, Kongu, Hahli, Matoro, Jaller and theOther one i forget, in a "I dont know" order. green, blue, white, red, black, brown My brother got Kalmah in late 2006 or early2007. My brother gotPridak and I gotEhlek. Think his missing some parts so we just used them to build my Ehlek. My dad made him do that. I kinda felt bad for him, but hey, I got my Ehlek. My brother allegedly got Toa Mahri Nuparu, hewkii and I got hahli but her parts broke . I got Maxilos and Spianx for my birthday. We got PhantokaPohatu,Lewa,Antroz and Vamprah for us on Easter 2008. (love you mom) Chrox cam shortly after. We got Strakk and I tried to build him but couldn't, so my brother just built him. I was only 8 guys. 2 WeGot Malumand Gresh on Easter 2009, Because I complained that we didn't get any bionicles that year, so later that day they were like "the easter bunny came and these guys were hiding" or some funny thing like that. We got Tarix later. Well, my brother did. I had nothing to do with him being built. We got Berix andRaanu I think. We got Glatorian Legends Mata Nui, Ackar, Vastus, Stronius (2x bcuz our friend gave his oursBcuz he couldn build him), I got Tuma, Axalarah T9, Rockoh T-3, baranus v7 for my bday. My brother got Mistika Tahu, Onua, and i gotKrika. we didnt get any more misitka, but I wish we got the other. We got all the bionicle stars.
  4. Hi, guys! When you have Bionicle sets, you ever considered encountered something sharp from the sets? For me, the Bohrok eyes and the Fenrakk teeth are sharp. So does the pointy spike thing in some G2 that form Umarak the Destroyer’s fingers. I lost at the Bohrok eyes and the Fenrakk teeth the sharpest. What about you guys?

  6. Hi, guys! I know that Hero Factory ended 5 years ago, but if you are aware that Ninjago’s new wave of sets, Legacy, is basically a wave of remastered sets from the past in a modernized (with new pieces), we could think about remasters of Hero Factory sets to cheer ourselves up. Plus, Hero Factory is kind of successful, very strong theme at that, and is the second best constraction theme, so it should have this kind of treatment to have us think fondly of the past, but in a modernized way. People tend to think about the remasters nowadays. So, what sets would you like to be remastered? For me, well, here’s some stuff: 1. Preston Stormer - his Breakout form, but be more icy 2. William Furno - his Breakout form, but be like more fiery 3. Daniel Rocka - his Breakout form, but give him a sword and make his arms even 4. Dunkan Bulk - his Breakout form, but give his a big main gun, like a large cannon, or a drill. 5. Jimi Stringer - his Breakout form, but his secondary colors would be either yellow or orange, or just blue as it is. 6. Mark Surge - his Breakout form 7. Natalie Breez - her Breakout form 8. Julius Nex - his Breakout form, but give him a hand (literally) and another pair of Hero Cuffs 9. Nathan Evo - his Breakout form, but also give him a hand (literally) and make his arms even 10. XPlode and Rotor pack - Their arms need to be fixed. Plus, make his spikes shoot like guns, like in the TV show. Rotor’s arms need to have hands as well. Plus, put eye holes in his helmet. 11. Corroder and Meltdown pack - again, their arms need to get fixed (make Corroder’s arms bend-able) and give them actual hands. 12. Thunder - again, his arms need to be fixed and give him hands and the Nebula Gas Cannon. Plue, well, probably make him able to curl up like a ball. Plus, make the guy look symmetrical. 13. Vapor - again, his arms need to be fixed and give him hands. 14. Von Nebula - again, fix his arms and the place where his head is. Also, well, make his design look more impressive. 15. Drilldozer, Nitroblast, and Jetbug pack - make their heads look more unique and fix Drilldozer’s and Nitroblast’s arms and make them even. 16. Fire Lord 17. The Witch Doctor - make him look symmetrical and fix his arms and legs. Plus, give him a hand (literally) and his head look like an actual head. 18. Toxic Reapa, Jawblade, and Splitface pack - give TR and Splitface hands and make Jawblade’s wrists being able to get cuffed 19. Thornraxx and XT4 - make them look less weird. I mean, make Thornraxx look more like a bug with legs, give XT4 hands and make his head look less weird. Also, make their torsos less weird and bigger. 20. Core Hunter - well, fix his torso, make his Hero Core Removal Tool able to actually grab things, and make his wrists able to get cuffed. Make his arms not stubby, either. 21. Speeda Demon - well, I would imagine his vehicle being modernized. 22. Black Phantom and Voltix pack - well, probably make BP’s Arachnix drone red. Also, make Voltix’s arms not stubby. Plus, make him shoot from his horn-like things on the sides of his heads. Lego should really remaster those guys to help fans relive memories. This would be split into two waves and hopefully be less expensive. Perhaps put them in packs. I never included the vehicle, 2013, 2014, the enslaved animal sets much because they’re not as great as the ones that I listed. I know I put a lot of stuff in my list, but to be honest, I’m going with the Heroes the most because they are the main characters in general. Plus, it would be cool to have Von Nebula and Black Phantom and Voltix because they are like some of my favorite villains, too. What about you guys? What sets would you like remastered?
  7. Hi, guys! I know that Bionicle ended 2-3 years ago, but if you are aware that Ninjago’s new wave of sets, Legacy, is basically a wave of remastered sets from the past in a modernized (with new pieces), we could think about remasters of Bionicle sets to cheer ourselves up. Plus, Bionicle is one of Lego’s most beloved and popular themes, so it should have this kind of treatment to have us think fondly of the past, but in a modernized way. People tend to think about the remasters nowadays. I know that there are Bionicle Stars in 2010, but Lego should have done much better than that. I mean, look at the Ninjago sets. They never look downgraded. So, what sets would you like to be remastered? For me, well, here’s some stuff: 1. The Toa Mata in 2001 - I would love to see them having bendable joints and necks. Maybe also give them their Ultimate Collector’s versions (they would look like Toa Mata Nui in 2009, but less bulky and pieces). 2. The Bohrok and Bohrok-Kal 3. The Toa Nuva in 2002 - I would love to see them having bendable joints and necks as well. 4. The Rahkshi - would include the yellow guy 5. Takanuva - would come with gold and gray versions and Takua 6. Makuta Teridax - with detachable wings 7. The Toa Metru 8. The Vahki 9. Nidhiki and Krekka - Perhaps as a pack 10. Roodaka and Sidorak - Perhaps as a pack 11. The Piraka - with opening jaws 12. The Toa Mahri 13. The Barraki - with opening jaws 14. Vezon and Fenrakk 15. Axonn and Brutaka - Perhaps as a pack 16. Vezon and Kardas 17. The Phantoka and the Mistika and their Matoran partners 18. Makuta Icarax 19. Toa Ignika 20. The Glatorian and Glatorian Legends sets 21. Tuma 22. Nektann 23. The Toa Masters (less bulky) 24. Kulta th Skull Grinder (less bulky) 25. The Toa Uniters and the Elemental Creatures (less bulky) 26. Umarak (a little less bulky) 27. Hydraxon 28. Ekimu 29. Takutanuva 30. Visorak 31. Mutran and Vican 32. Dekar 33. The Toa Hordika 34. The Toa Inika Lego should really remaster those guys to help fans relive memories. This would be split into two waves and hopefully be less expensive. Perhaps put them in packs. I never included the vehicle sets much because they’re too big and pricy. I know I put a lot of stuff in my list, but to be honest, I’m going with the Toa Mata, Takanuva, Mata Nui, Gresh, Ekimu, and Makuta Teridax the most because they are the main characters in general. Maybe Vezon and Kardas and Umarak, too, because they are some of my favorites. What about you guys? What sets would you like remastered?
  8. Hi, guys! As you know, Bionicle has so many Bionicle sets. You see, these sets are based on main characters and some of major ones. Plus, each some of the sets have versions of a character, like the Toa Mata, Takanuva, Toa Metru, and Toa Inika. Speaking of major characters, there are some that have their sets while others don’t, sadly, despite their importance. Thus, we don’t see their descriptions visually in an official way by Lego. Examples of such characters are Toa Nidhiki, Toa Tuyet, Lariska, the other four Toa Hagah, Toa Dume, Mutated Brutaka, the Barraki in their normal forms, the Piraka in their snake forms, Helryx, the Element Lords, and that gold-skinned creature called the Skakdi Fusion. So, my question is this: What Bionicle sets do you wish to happen? Well, as you know, Lego has this thing with its budget nowadays, which would be how Bionicle ended twice, but it wouldn’t hurt to make special sets just to satisfy Bionicle fans. I mean, look at Ninjago. It got some neat extra stuff, like character packs. Even Lego Star Wars has Advent Calendar sets. For me, well, my dream Lego sets are: 1. Shadow Toa sets - based on the Shadow Toa in 2001. I would like them to come as bonus versions of the original Toa Mata later on in 2001. It’s like those Rahkshi sets with the Shadow Kraata and Vahkshi with the Disk of Time and the golden Vahi. 2. Some 2001 Matoran of Mata Nui promotions, like Hahli and the Chronicler’s Company, would be cool. 3. Some 2003 Matoran of Mata Nui promotions, like the Le-Koro and Ko-Koro Kolhii Teams, the Chronicler’s Company members, and Nuparu, would be cool, too. 4. Toa Nidhiki and Toa Tuyet pack - that would be in 2004, as they are like Toa Lhikan 5. Lariska - a Titan set 6. The Toa Hagah pack - would feature the other four Toa Hagah 7. Toa Dume - a bonus Toa set in 2004 or 2005 8. A 2001 Turaga-esque Turaga Dume promotion - I know that we have Dume in the Dume and Niwark set in 2004, but he looks like a Matoran than a Turaga, so I would like him to look more his look in Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui. 9. Karzahni in his normal form - that would be in 2006 or 2007 as a bonus titan set that comes with his mask as a mask piece 10. Mutated Brutaka - that would be in 2007 or 2008 as a bonus Titan set. If he had absorbed a lot of Antidermis, he would be have green highlights. 11. Helryx - a bonus Toa set 12. The Mistika sets’ own Matoran partners - the Phantoka has their Matoran partners, but why don’t the Mistika? I would put them as a six-Matoran pack or two packs with a three Matoran each. 13. A pack with bonus parts for the 2008 Toa Nuva - Well, we’ve seen the Phantoka forms of Kopaka, Lewa, and Pohatu and the Mistika forms of Tahu, Gali, and Onua, but how about the Mistika forms of Kopaka, Lewa, and Pohatu and the Phantoka forms of Tahu, Gali, and Onua? That could make things interesting. Seeing the Phantoka Toa wear silver pieces and use Nynrah Ghost Blasters whole the Mistika Toa wear gray pieces and use Modak Skyblasters. 14. Pilot forms of Kopaka, Tahu, Gali, and Onua - Lewa and Pohatu got theirs in the 2008 vehicles, but what about the others? Well, these non-pilot Toa can be in a four-Toa pack or two packs with two Toa each just to replace Lewa or Pohatu with them. 15. The Element Lords - the Element Lord of Rock would be a Titan set since he is from Tuma’s class of Skrall while the others would be Glatorian-sized. 16. The Piraka in their snake forms - would be in a bonus pack or two with three Piraka each in 2007. 17. The gold-skinned Skakdi Fusion - would be a bonus Titan set. 18. Metus’ snake form - would be a bonus set. 19. Artakha - would be a bonus Titan set. He would come with a normal Karzahni figure in a pack. 20. Triglax - would be a medium-sized or Titan set. 21. The 2009 remastered versions of the Toa Mata, Toa Nuva, and 2003 Takanuva - Would be cool to see these Toa have bendable limbs. 22. The versions of the 2010 sets with bendable limbs - I would like Tahu, Takanuva, Gresh, the Rahkshi of Heat Vision, and Skrall to be medium-sized, like the Glatorian sets. The Rahkshi of Heat Vision would be like the Rahkshi sets in 2003 by having the same build, six stages of its Kraata, and Shadow Kraata. Gresh and Skrall would keep their Thornax Launchers again. Nektann would be either medium-sized or a Titan set, as he is a little taller than a Skakdi, so he would be a little taller than a Piraka. However, he would be very much like the Piraka sets by having the similar build, as he would have glowing eyes. These versions would come in a special pack or two with three of them each. 23. The Great Spirit Robot - would be an Ultimate Collector’s set because it would be huge. You can change its eyes from green, meaning Mata Nui, to red, meaning Makuta Teridax. 24. The Prototype Robot - same as 23 25. Krabrua the Vorox - would be a Titan set. 26. A Great Being set - would be a bonus set 27. 2015 Tahu’s Skull enemy - this guy would come with a drained version of Tahu’s Golden Mask of Power. 28. 2015 Gali’s Skull enemy - same as 27, but Gali’s Mask. 29. A pack that has an Ice Shadow Trap. 30. An Elemental Beast that would come with an infected version of Gali’s Mask of Unity. 31. An Elemental Beast that would come with an infected version of Lewa’s Mask. 32. An Elemental Beast with an infected version of Pohatu’s Mask. 33. Sets for Toa Olde, Zaria, and Chiara - those Toa from Yesterday Quest would come in either individual Toa sets or a pack. 34. A set for G2’s Makuta’s Shadow Titan form - he would be a Titan set that includes the Mask of Ultimate Power 35. A set for G2’s Makuta’s Mask Maker form - he would like Ekimu in 2015 36. G2’s Vahi - would come as a promotion, like G1’s Vahi. 37. The Barraki’s normal forms - would be medium-sized. They would come in a pack or two with three Barraki in each. 38. The G2 remastered versions of G1’s Toa Mata - would be special and celebrate Bionicle’s 15th anniversary in 2016. 39. Kestora - It would be medium-sized or a small set. 40. Bionicle’s Advent Calendar - It would be cool to see a holiday-themed Bionicle set. So, there. I know it’s a lot, but they could be used for promotions and as special sets, like Lhikan and Kikinalo set in 2004. Plus, Ninjago can extend itself like this, so a Bionicle should do it as well. What about you guys? What sets do you wish to happen?

  10. Ninjago's been around for over seven years now and I'm curious how people feel about how its quality has held up over the years. Have the sets and story gotten better, worse, or stayed about the same? Overall, I feel that Ninjago started strong and has generally gotten stronger. It's true that there are a few sets from early in the theme's run that still feel outstanding, like 9441 and 2507. But I also feel like the sets have gotten much more detailed and refined. This is most obvious with sets that are specific redesigns of earlier ones, like 70738 versus 9446 or 70595 versus 9449, but also apparent with a lot of other sets like 70596, 70627, and the ninja vehicles from the movie. And while some of the most memorable moments of the show for me are still early ones like Zane discovering his true nature as a Nindroid, the characters have certainly developed a lot since then. Nya in particular has gone from a sort of generic action girl (highly capable but still relegated to the role of supporting character) to a full member of the team with her own personal challenges to overcome and a deeper connection to her teammates. And Lloyd has evolved from a sort of a wannabe ninja to the emotional center of the team and sometimes even its de facto leader. But I'm curious to hear what everybody else thinks!
  11. So I hear a lot of great things about the mctoran and how nostalgic they are, but are they really solid sets (for what they are)? Does their quality match up with their size? One day in the future when I can I'd like to buy one (or all, but first probably just one) of the mctoran, and I'd like to know which one you think looks the coolest. At the moment I'm leaning towards Onepu because I love purple and the Pakari but I'd like to hear some of your wisdom!
  12. Heya! It's been a while, huh? January marked my 4 year anniversary here at LEGO. It doesn't feel like that long at all. Everything is still awesome and so the list grows: 60222 - Snow Groomer This one is very dear to me. When I was a kid, my family would often go skiing for the winter holidays and inevitably, I would try to build the snow groomers I saw out on the slopes once we got back home. So you can imagine the excitement when it was decided to have one in our 2019 great vehicles lineup. The design itself was straightforward, but it is always a challenge to make tracked vehicles that don't use the rubber treads for younger kids. We also decided to use the six stud shooter as a snow cannon, since we rarely get to use them in City and this was a good opportunity. I also got to use some brand new pieces for this one: Prominently the new upwards 1x1 brackets for the lights on the roof and out of sight the new Lego Movie 2 tire to help drive the tracks. 60208 - Parachute Arrest A police chase involving a fast jet? Sign me up! The brief was simple: Design a jet with the means to capture a crook trying to escape via parachute. Getting there was a bit more tricky. Some sort of hook was needed, but where to put it? How long does it need to be? Which shape should it have to make sure the parachute stays hooked once you catch it. And once you catch it, how do you make sure neither the model nor parachute gets damaged if it gets snagged on something like a door handle etc. How easy is it to play with in general? There was a lot of iterating needed. A police motorbike and ATV with room for both crooks round out the story. Added a bar to the back of the ATV so that can be caught via jet as well, just for good measure! 60196 - Arctic Supply Plane Summer 2018, the City explorer returned to the arctic. Considering how ridiculously hot that summer was here in Denmark, that's no surprise. And they found many things in the ice: Ancient frozen dragonflies, sabre-toothed cats and wooly mammoths. Problem is, how do you get them out of the ice - and once they're out: How do you get them back to the city? Designing this set was a lot of fun: using the new smilodon, making sure it and all the other small things could be loaded onto the cargo plane by gratuitous use of SNOT in the back and a new saw piece for the tracked vehicle. Speaking of tracks: The 3-wide technic ones are always a little tricky. They were designed to be driven by small gear wheels and often don't work to well on smooth surfaces. So it was time for a new approach: 61254 tires instead of using technic wheels to drive the tracks. This way, there is enough friction to ensure a smooth ride, even on smooth tables. The original idea came from back in 2015 when we were developing the volcano explorers, but it finally found a use here. It worked so well in fact, that my colleague in Star Wars used the same method on the 75217 Conveyex Transport. 75886 - Ferrari 488 GT3 Scuderia Corsa That's a mouthful of a name for a set but another fun one to work on. The big challenge as with every model of an actual car is to capture the icons. On the 488 there's quite a few, but the biggest one in terms of the build was the large air-intake above the rear wheels. Originally the intention was to have 1-plate thick gap and then use the new 35787 triangle tile, but then the 1x2 bows with cutout came along and as you can see the intake got a lot more prominent than a 1-plate gap. The trickiest bit on this one was actually the front bumper. It involves both sideways and upside down building and had to maintain enough ground clearance to not scrape the asphalt. What a drag that would be. My favorite small details would be the espresso machine head plates representing the support struts for the front diffusor and the 1x1 quarter tile used as rearview mirrors. We don't get to include those that often. A big shoutout to my colleague in the graphics design team who made the stickers line up really nicely on the final model. 75887 - Porsche 919 Hybrid I got the opportunity to help out Speed Champions with two sets for this year. This was a really exciting model to work on, since the actual car had not been revealed at the time yet, so we were among the first to get a look at it. The concept models for the 919 that we had built before were all based on previous years versions, but Porsche changed the design quite a bit for the new one, which brought about some challenges. The square road sign in combination with the new-ish 1x2 bow w. cutout recreate the aerodynamic shaping on the body. And using the classic doors and new wheel arches allowed me to build this one as low to the ground as possible. This wasn't the only Porsche I had my hands on in Speed Champions though, I helped to design the back of the 911 RSR in 75888 as well. Fun Trivia: The stickers originally had the number 1 printed on, but then Car #2 won the LeMans race, so we quickly went back in and changed it. 60177 - Air Show Jet Kicking off 2018 with a fast little jet. Jets are cool. The longest discussions were actually about the color scheme and stickers. 60174 - Mountain Police Headquarters Building a police station is a bit of a rite of passage in City so I was very excited to get asked to do it only in my 2nd year. It's an important set in the lineup and it's pretty big and gets a lot of attention from marketing, so the team has a big interest in getting this one right. The general layout with the three levels of garage/prison/office was already decided when I started on the model. The big challenge lay in how to connect those three levels in a stable way without over-complicating the build. And yes, police is a theme we do frequently because - well, there tends to be a new generation of 5 year olds every couple of years. The fun part for this one was to mix it up a little bit - most obviously with the crooks helicopter. Some fun trivia: I chose the tail-fin of that helicopter because it was also featured in Onua Mistika some ten years ago. During development I came upon the issue of using a door-frame as a structural support in the back of the station - which left a pretty big hole from the garage leading directly to the cougar's cave. That's why there is a door now with a "keep out" sticker. The graphic designer also came up with an awesome little joke with the master crook having a framed picture of his pet piranha in the cell - the same fish that the police are holding in the small aquarium in their office. 60162 - Jungle Air Drop Helicopter This technically isn't my set, since one of my colleagues was responsible for it, but in order to meet deadlines, we tag-teamed on this one. Obviously I only did the really cool stuff in this one: The tower with the crane and the jungle ruins. But that's what's great about working in a team: Everybody gets to suggest ideas, doesn't matter if you do graphics and have a good idea for a model or if you are a model designer with a good idea for a TV spot. Which also leads to everybody being able to have a little personal touch in the sets. Fun trivia about this one: We were never quite sure what the statue outside the cave was supposed to represent, so in the end it was dubbed "Bear-Hamster". 60138 - High Speed Chase One of my favorites that I worked on so far. Building vehicles is fun, so to get to do three in one box was awesome! And it also marks the return of Chase McCain who's back on duty in LEGO City Undercover. 60136 Police Starter Set This wasn't originally my assignment but a change in the assortment happened and I was asked to take over. The idea behind the starter sets is to pack a lot of characters and story into a small box so it can be a good first set for younger kids. Very happy that the little police car could be big enough to fit both the dog or one of the captured crooks. One of my colleagues came up with the brilliant little exploding function for the ATM. 60121 - Volcano exploration truck My first boxed set. It was super-exciting to play around with the then-new new bar connector pieces and bull bar on the front of the truck. The biggest challenge was to figure out the correct order of the build of the rollcage. 11911 - LEGO City build your own adventure book My first official model, though not in a box. My brief was a small firefighter's car and a scenario. This being the first model, I was surprised to find how much thought goes into something just this small. Probably had a dozen or so different variants lined up on my desk at one point of just the car. I keep some of them in a drawer still, as a reminder.
  13. Hi, guys! This year, 2018, is the 5th anniversary to one of Ninjago's set waves that was released in 2013 and involved the Stone Army and The Final Battle. Let's talk about it to celebrate the anniversary. For the storyline, it is said in this topic: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/25753-happy-5th-anniversary-to-the-stone-army-season-2012/ . I have no idea why Lego tell the whole story in 2012 instead of 2013, but alright. Plus, I have no idea why you guys never talked about that topic at all. Now, for the sets, they look very cool. I like the Ninja's new outfits and the new crooked sword pieces that make up the Elemental Blades that the Ninja used. Lloyd looks awesome with his new Golden Ninja outfit! Kai's mech looks cool and cute. A little stubby, but good. Cole's drill vehicle looks very neat. I also love Lloyd's mech, too! Nice gold and white colors on it. Lloyd's Golden Dragon looks very cool, too. It's strange that the Ninja didn't have the shoulder pads from the show, and Lloyd's eyes are dark red. Plus, the sets should've included a normal version of Lloyd from the show. Weird. The Stone Army looks cool. They look like samurais. I like Kozu's new extra-pair-of-arms piece. The helmets are very neat, too. I like their red and black color schemes. Their vehicles are awesome, and I like their red and black color schemes and the new sword-like pieces, too. The motorcycle with the thread looks cool, and the Garmatron looks awesome. That vehicle look like that it is a face that shoots a missile from its mouth. Too bad that we don't have one that looks like a four-legged animal from the show for some reason because it also looks very cool and interesting. Plus, too bad that we don't have a set for the Overlord's dragon form. Also, it's weird that in the sets, Lord Garmadon looks like that he wears a helmet with a mouth piece to show that he is possessed by the Overlord, while the show only show Garmadon as a reptilian monster. Weird. The temple looks very neat. So, what about you guys? I mean, what do you think about them? How do you think we celebrate the anniversary of the set wave, too?
  14. Hi all, While in Secondary School I was an avid collector of all things Bionicle. I moved away to University, and my collection was put in the loft of my parents house, but they want rid of it so I should be collecting it soon. I enjoyed them as a kid, but now I would like to sell my collection, and would appreciate some advice on the best way to do this. I believe I have a complete collection of figures up to the 2005 line, and some assorted figures from after this point. I also believe that I have all the canisters for any figure that came with one, plus some rarer items such as the Boxor, Exo-Toa and a Mask of Time. I would be selling these from the UK, but don't know how would be best to sell them; should it be in one big lot, as smaller lots, as individual items? What site should I use, should I use eBay or sell them directly through here? Also if anyone has sold from the UK to abroad before and could give an idea of shipping costs in case it comes to selling internationally, that would also be appreciated. Regards, Condar. Edit: Another thing I just thought of is in regards to the rubber bands that many figures use. If they have deteriorated would you recommend trying to replace them before selling, or leave that up to the buyer?
  15. How do you guys feel about buying BIONICLE and other LEGO-related merchandise from casual or former fans if they have no idea how much the merchandise is currently worth on the market? Last year I saw a huge lot of BIONICLE sets and pieces for sale on a local trading website and I specifically contacted the seller to ask if he'd agree to sell me just three mask for about 20% of his asking price. At first, he was reluctant but as soon as I insisted, he agreed. Now, most people would assume that what I did was fair (as I did at the time), but here's the thing: his asking price for the entire lot wasn't much to begin with; it was 100 BGN, which amounts to about 60 USD. On top of that, the masks I got were a chrome Hau, a misprint green Matatu and a trans-yellow Kaukau. I subsequently kept the Hau, sold the Matatu for slightly more money and traded the Kaukau for a Toa Inika Promo CD, which was the only copy I had ever seen in my life. So I don't consider that I cheated the person as I barely got any money out of the purchase directly, and chances are the he wouldn't have even bothered to put any of the pieces up for individual sale; he just wanted to get rid of the lot for a quick buck. But I did still deliberately withhold information from him regarding the current market for these pieces and in all honesty, I would never do that again with a clear conscience. I see a lot of people on Facebook tend to brag when they make purchases like that and I can't help but a feel a bit... disappointed. If the seller is aware of how much they can get for an item but sell it to you cheap anyway, that's perfectly fine. But if they don't have a clue and ask you how much you'd give, and then you casually offer $20 for a sealed Toa Lhikan set, that is cheating, IMHO. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.
  16. Hi, guys! Celebrating Bionicle's 16th anniversary this month (Link: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/24926-happy-sweet-16-bionicle-d/ )? Well, we know that Bionicle isn't here this year and a planned third year for G2 was cancelled, along with the entire G2. We are hoping that a G3 would come. If you guys don't want G3 to be badly-received like G2, I would say this: Lego would need time to make a G3 that would much better than G2 and would be as good as or better than G1. It would be like Spider-Man: Homecoming this year for how it is well-received compared to Spider-Man movies in 2002-2007 (aka Spider-Man G1 with well-received reviews) and 2012-2014 (called The Amazing Spider-Man, aka Spider-Man G2, with mixed reviews, and is very similar to how Bionicle G2 is like: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/23229-bionicle-g2-and-the-amazing-spider-man-movies-are-alike/ ). Let's hope that Bionicle G3 is like Spider-Man: Homecoming (aka Spider-Man G3). Lego should know that the cancellation of Bionicle G2 may have upset Bionicle fans, like us, and there is no new well-received constraction line with an original story by Lego (Hero Factory is an example of that constraction line, but it has mixed reviews, I believe). We may need that kind of Lego line to satisfy ourselves, don't we? I feel that I don't have a hobby of building constraction sets this year because of the lack of the constraction line. Without that line, I feel that I have no purpose in buying constraction sets this year (Anyone feel that way, too?). Well, in order for G3 to be successful and Lego to make us happy that we would a constraction line with an original story by Lego, I made a hopefully-brilliant idea that I would like Lego to do for us: re-mastering Bionicle G1. When I think of re-mastering, I look at trailers about a Sonic the Hedgehog game called Sonic Mania and Sonic Generations. They improved the graphics from the first few games in the early 1990's. They never rebooted the story, they just improve the originals' looks while re-telling the story (Well, at least Sonic Mania is re-using levels from the originals, like the Green Hill zone from the first Sonic game in 1991). The same goes to Samurai Jack's Season 5 in this year, when they improved the show's animation while there is one episode where some stories from Seasons 1-4 are re-told with the new animation (Season 5 is for teenagers rather than kids, guys, but not too bad.). For the remastering in Bionicle G1, this would be a good idea if Lego would take a long time making a well-received G3 while we are waiting for a new constraction line with an original story by Lego. Re-mastering Bionicle G1 would mean re-telling the G1 story while improving the G1 sets into new better versions of themselves when the G3 is in development and before G3 would be made. For example, the Toa Mata's limbs are divided into two pieces literally, necks that can function like normal necks, having regular five-fingered hands, even-looking arms, and twisting waists. Lego would use new and old molds of the pieces to make this happen. There could be some new things for G1, like a TV show and/or a video game or more to better re-tell it to new Bionicle fans. CCBS would work, but it's very different from G1's building systems. But still, it might work in modernizing the G1 sets. Plus, it would be a good birthday gift for Bionicle's 16th anniversary. Anyway, think how Sonic Boom, a Sonic the Hedgehog TV show and spin-off series, happened in 2014-now when Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces, coming this year, are in development since Sonic Lost World in 2013. I know that Sonic Boom is not the best thing in the Sonic franchise, but it's a filler to keep patient fans happy before releasing this year's new games. If you need a stronger example, try watching YouTube videos that compare and contract the old versions of the first few Crash Bandicoot games in the late 1990's and the new re-mastered versions of them in a new game called Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy, which came out a week ago. I am not interested on the Crash Bandicoot franchise, but I think it best shows what I mean. Basically, the new game re-tells the old stories from the old games while improving the animation in them. That's also what I meant. I would like the re-mastering of Bionicle G1 to happen at least 2018 or next year or so. Lego wouldn't have to re-tell all of the G1 years before G3 would begin. The re-mastering would just be a filler for Bionicle's new absent years after G2, like how Hero Factory did for Bionicle after Bionicle G1. Plus, it may help bring the golden age of constraction again, like Bionicle G1 had, so we wouldn't be sad about the dark age/Great Depression of constraction that we are having this year (Link: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/24467-the-dark-agegreat-depression-of-constraction/ ). So, there. What do you think, guys? Think it would be an excellent idea? Well, we do love Bionicle, after all, and it's our favorite constraction line, after all.
  17. Sorry about the title, it is misleading, but I couldn't think of a better way to word it. I'm sure many of you are aware of the Pearl gold kraahkan and how it appeared in Tower of toa sets produced in 2006, when the set was initially made in 2005, I am looking to obtain one of these Kraahkan masks but have no luck in finding the piece by its's self or as part of a used tower of toa set, my last resort is to purchase a new in box tower of toa set, but I have one key question. Is there any way, using only the sealed box to tell what year the individual set was produced? a batch code maybe? any help is greatly appreciated
  18. After some research on the interent I have heard reports that 2 yellow rurus were included in a variation of the manas set, is this true?
  19. Man, this is a controversial topic. During Generation 1's decade-long run, we got lots of constraction sets. Lots. And lots of them. But, for every Brutaka or Maxilos, we get an Umbra or Krekka. Today, let's take a look at some of the worst Bionicle sets, in no particular order. 1: 8625 Umbra When I first found out about this set, I thought he looked pretty cool and interestingly designed. But when I look more at the set, I realise it's quite flawed. The colour scheme is inconsistent, his 'roller blades' are just weird, and the build is a bit clunky. My opinion of this light-wielding guardian may be a bit harsh, considering it's still a mildly okay set, but in comparison to many of the other sets released that year, or the years that came before or followed it, it is quite a bad set. Not only that, but his design is lackluster. To my knowledge, there are no exclusive parts made for him, and the newest things we get out of him are a new melded Rhotuka and some recolourings. In conclusion, this set was uninspired and rushed, looking more like a MOC than an a good, solid set. 2: 8623 Krekka In the winter (summer for all you people from the Northern Hemisphere) of 2004, we moved on from the threat of the Morbuzakh and the Vahki to have more focus on the Dark Hunter duo, Nidhiki and Krekka, who were each given their own respective sets. Whilst the Nidhiki set had a solid build and a good design, the Krekka set didn't satisfy us as much as Nidhiki did. Krekka himself does have some positive things about him, them being a consistent colour scheme and an intended brute look, the cons outweighed the pros. The torso ended up being extremely clunky and bulky for a head moving function, the design is riddled with gaps, and his limbs are quite flimsy. While Krekka is still an okay set, it is mainly let down by it's lack of armour and clunky design. 3: 8912 Toa Mahri Hewkii What I am about to complain about also applies to some of the other Toa Mahri sets, but this Toa of Stone ends up being the worst. Matoro had a slightly awkward build, but still looked pretty good, and Kongu was bulky and lazily designed, but still consistent. Hewkii here doesn't really have any redeeming qualities. His build is really flimsy and weak, and the rest of his build is really awkward. Hewkii has chains again, like his Inika counterpart, which is... okay, he has a really strange mask that tries to substitute as armour, and fails at that, and he is just lazily built overall. Sorry Hewkii, not going to impress Macku. So, that's about all. Besides the Stars line, Bionicle has had a mostly bulletproof reputation when it comes to good sets, so as making this list more unique and slightly pointless. What are some of the worst set in your opinion? You probably have more bad sets on your list than I do. Let me know!
  20. The title says it all, I really like Axonn and Brutaka, but I like Botar too, is it worth buying extra just to make him? or should I just disassemble Axonn and Brutaka for a while? what do you think?
  21. Hi, guys! We may know that Lego does not celebrate Bionicle's anniversaries, but have you guys ever celebrated them or Bionicle's story or set years' anniversaries? Well, for me, I am sort of doing it. Here is the list of things that you would celebrate: 1. 2006 - 5th anniversary of Bionicle and the 2001 storyline - the part where the Piraka arrived to Voya Nui with the Toa Mata's canisters reminds me of the 2001 storyline, where Toa Mata arrive to the island of Mata Nui with the canisters. Plus, the Bionicle Heroes video games includes characters from the 2001-2005 storylines, and the old online games from these years, including the Mata Nui Online Game in 2001, are re-released in 2006. 2. 2007 - 5th anniversary of the 2002 storyline - the Toa Nuva Blog presents the Toa Nuva, who appeared in the 2002 storyline. 3. 2008 - 5th anniversary of the 2003 storylines and the Mask of Light movie - the 2008 storyline shows the Toa Nuva and Takanuva fighting against the Makuta, which reminds me of the heroes fighting Makuta Teridax. Also, there are Av-Matoran involved, which reminds me of Takua in the Mask of Light storyline. 4. 2009 - 5th anniversary of the 2004 storyline and the Legends of Metru Nui movie - the 2009 storyline shows an arena, which reminds me of the Coliseum in the 2004 storyline. 5. 2010 - 5th anniversary of the 2005 storyline and the Web of Shadows movie 6. 2011 - 10th anniversary of Bionicle and the 2001 storyline, and 5th anniversary of the 2006 storyline - Well, Hero Factory's Savage Planet storyline shares some things in Bionicle's 2001 storyline, including the fact that there are six different-colored heroes arriving from the sky to a world with a jungle-related place and fighting against animals that are mind-controlled by corrupted objects given by a villain. Plus, when Ninjago came out, it started with elemental heroes collecting magical golden objects, which is a little similar to the 2001 storyline. 7. 2012 - 10th anniversary of the 2002 storyline and 5th anniversary of the 2007 storyline - HF's Breakout storyline shows villains escaping from prison and there is a shark-based one fighting a hero underwater, which remind me of the 2007 storyline. 8. 2013 - 10th anniversary of the 2003 storylines and the MoL movie, and 5th anniversary of the 2008 storyline - in a coincidence, Hero Factory's Brain Attack storyline features seven heroes as the main protagonists, like how Bionicle's 2003 and 2008 storylines show seven main heroes. 9. 2014 - 10th anniversary of the 2004 storyline and the LoMN movie, and 5th anniversary of the 2009 storyline and The Legend Reborn movie - HF's Invasion From Below storyline shows a city being threatened, which reminds me of the 2004 storyline. 10. 2015 - 10th anniversary of the 2005 storylines and the WoS movie, and 5th anniversary of the 2010 storyline - the 2015 storyline shows evil spiders, which reminds me of the 2005 storyline. 11. 2016 - 15th anniversary of Bionicle and the 2001 storyline, and 10th anniversary of the 2006 storyline - Well, the 2016 storyline does include versions of the Toa from the 2001 storyline. Plus, the end credits in The Journey to One says the words "2001-2016". 12. 2017 - 15th anniversary of the 2002 storyline, and 10th anniversary of the 2007 storyline I know it's a lot, but that would do. Interestingly, in 2015, how the 2015 storyline began with the Toa arriving to the island of Okoto is sort of similar to the 2001 storyline, where the Toa arrive in the island of Mata Nui. I guess this would represent the 2001 storyline's 14th anniversary. Plus, in 2017, the soundtrack for the MoL movie was released to celebrate the movie's 14th anniversary. When I celebrate Bionicle and its storylines, I usually look at my Bionicle collection (which would be more than 5 years old) and say to myself this, "Wow, it's been 5, 10, or 15 years already. Such good and nostalgic memories. ". I would also play my sets again to relive my precious memories. I would talk about Bionicle and its storylines to my friends like stories, including characters and important objects. I made some topics that would help out celebrating, and this topic is one of them. So, how would you guys celebrate Bionicle and its story or set years' anniversaries? What do you do to do them? Have you encountered something that reminds you of anything that is related to Bionicle in its anniversary in any way, too?
  22. Hi, guys? As the title says above, have you ever used your Bionicle sets to do other things rather than playing with them? For me, it goes like this: 1. My mom made me use the Barraki as bath toys. 2. I had Melum hug my dog. 3. Used my sets to make good Instragram pics, like having 2016 Kopaka and Melum playing in the snow and make snow angels. So, what about you guys?
  23. I often see topics that are sort of the opposite of this one, asking which aspects of the Ninjago TV show you would like to see in sets. But I rarely see stuff that asks the opposite question: are there things in the Ninjago sets that you wish would appear in the show? One thing I wish was more present in the show is Nya's daggers. They were her signature weapon in the 2011 sets, and both the 2012 and 2016 versions of Samurai X included a version on a pole as a naginata. But neither has been given any equivalent in the show. I know that pretty much none of the ninja use their classic signature weapons as much as they used to, and that Samurai X has her own signature weapon in the show (the boomerang blade), but I think these weapons really suit Nya. Kai's scar is another example. In the sets, Kai has always had a scar over his left eye (except for in the Target Minifigure Gift Set), but in the show this was omitted since such a battle-hardened look didn't fit with his backstory as a blacksmith in a peaceful village. However, that doesn't preclude the possibility of him sustaining a future injury in the show to better reconcile it with the sets. It could even be an interesting plot point from a narrative perspective since Kai is kind of vain and it would be interesting to see what he'd think if the ninja life started to wear on him physically. Can anybody else think of examples of things from the Ninjago sets that could be fun to see in the show?
  24. Based on what we saw of G2's run, what sort of Story and Sets do you think would have been in the "last" year of BIONICLE G2? Would the Uniters have carried over? Or would the Toa get another upgrade? Would it have been a 1/2 year, or a full year with 2 waves? Other than the Makuta, would there have been other Titans? Would Makuta have lived, bit the dust, or turned good (like Garmadon)?
  25. Hi, guys! I know that Bionicle G2 is over ( ) and we are talking about what would G3 look like if it were to happen, so I would like to ask you this: what characters would you like to come back, how would they be and look like, and how would you like their story information and backstories to be like? It would be obvious that the Toa Mata/Masters and Makuta (Teridax) would come back, but I would like some other characters (both G1 and G2) to come back. Usually when characters come back in reboots, they tend to look sort of different and have their story information at least slightly altered. Examples include Spider-Man movies and TV shows, Marvel's Hulk movies, Batman movies and TV shows, The Powerpuff Girls TV shows, Transformers TV series, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV shows and movies. Bionicle G3 would probably have a new building system if anyone is sick and tired of the CCBS. Here's my list of Bionicle characters: 1. Toa Mata/Toa Nuva/Masters/Uniters - Obvious. I would like them to be Matoran who train to be Toa before they can become them. The first forms on the Toa should be a mix of their Mata and Master forms, but with no gold or silver pieces. All of the Toa should be medium-sized sets that could save some money for Lego. They first would get new armor that makes them Uniters and able to combine with the Elemental Creatures, then get Energized Protodermis to become the Toa Nuva, then wear the Adaptive Armor and become able to combine with the Av-Matoran. I would also like the Toa to form the Toa Kaita again and a Toa Nui. If they get new and easy-to-memorize titles, they would be Heroes of Elements (and the same would go to other Toa). 2. Tahu - His first form would have: Primary color: opaque red. Secondary color: orange. Weapons: two fire swords that combine into a surfboard. Mask: Mask of Shielding or Fire. Eye color: blue or orange. He would be confirmed as the leader of the team this time. 3. Gali - Primary color: normal blue. Secondary colors: light or dark blue. Weapons: two hooks or a trident. Mask: Mask of Water-Breathing or Water. Eye color: blue or yellow. 4. Lewa - Primary color: normal green. Secondary colors: light or dark green. Weapons: an axe/sword or two. Mask: Mask of Levitation or Air. Eye color: light green. His elemental power would be Air this time. 5. Kopaka - Primary color: white. Secondary colors: light grey or light blue. Weapons: a shield and a sword/spear. Mask: Mask of X-Ray Vision or Ice. Eye color: blue. He would be the deputy of the team this time, too. 6. Pohatu - Primary color: brown. Secondary colors: tan or yellow. Weapons: boomerangs and Feet Additions. Mask: Mask of Speed or Stone. Eye color: Orange, yellow, or green. He would have the same Mata gear function as his Mata set, so when you turn the knob, he can kick with his leg this time. He should also have his cheerful G1 personality. 7. Onua - Primary color: black. Secondary colors: dark gray or purple. Weapons: claws/hammer. Mask: Mask of Strength or Earth. Eye color: green or dark green. His body would shape like his Master counterpart. 8. Takua/Takanuva - stays the same, but his eyes would be either blue or yellowish. 9. The Turaga of Mata Nui/Toa Metru/Toa Hordika - stay the same. The Toa Metru should have their arms placed horizontally rather than. Let them have the same secondary colors and eye colors as the Toa Mata/Nuva/Masters/Uniters above or their Turaga forms. I would like the Toa Metru/Turaga teach the Mata/Nuva/Masters/Uniters how to do the duties of Toa. 10. Toa Inika/Mahri - stay the same, but I would like them to be the Toa Mata/Nuva/Masters/Uniters' protégés. 11. Jaller - In his Inika form, give him two swords. 12. Hahli - Her secondary color would be light blue/dark blue, so he wouldn't look like a Toa Lightning (white) or a Toa of the Green (green). 13. Kongu - in his Mahri form, have him keep his melee combat weapon that he abandoned in G1. 14. Hewkii - in his Mahri form, make his arms even and give him a right hand. 15. Nuparu - in his Mahri form, give him the Aqua Blaster Blade. 16. Mata Nui (being) - If Mata Nui were to be a 7-foot-tall, Toa-like being, he would also have able to become giant, like his special edition set in 2009, in the story when he, well, goes Hulk on his enemies. If he were to have a Thornax Launcher in his set again, Mata Nui would have and use it in the story this time, or if he doesn't include it, don't have him do it in the story. It would have to be one of these two choices in G3. 17. The Infected Rahi from 2001 - I would like the Kane-Ra and Muaka's arms to be poseable and be less loose for storage. Give each of them two treads for legs, and the same goes to the Tarakava. I would like the Sand Tarakava to be released as a set as well. The Nui-Rama (wasps) need four more legs while the Nui-Jaja (scorpions) need two more legs. The Manas would not be battery-powered this time (I am not a fan of needing batteries). 18. Bohrok, Bohrok Va, Bahrag, and Bohrok-Kal - stay the same. 19. Exo-Toa - stay the same, but they could adapt to Toa's new building-system-made bodies. 20. Boxor - stay the same. I would like Agori or Okotan use it, too. 21. Rahkshi - stay the same. I would also like the Rahkshi of Heat Vision to be named, too. 22. Makuta Teridax - a mix of his 2003 set, Mask of Light movie form, Ultimate Dume set, Legends of Metru Nui movie form, and 2016 Titan forms by description, and I would like him to appear in a set again this time. He would be Mata Nui's brother or just be called "brother" again. He would first have the Mask of Shadows. When defeated by the Toa Mata, he would wear the Mask of Ultimate Power (as a set this time) to combat their powers the next time they meet. He would also use the Mask of Control to control his minions along the way. His primary colors should be black and red. 23. Takutanuva - his set should come with the Mask of Light and Shadows this time. 24. Nidhiki - it would be interesting if he were a Toa who was mutated in a science experiment. It would be cool if he appeared as both Toa and monster as sets. 25. Krekka - stays the same, but with two eyes this time. His arms should look more like the Legends of Metru Nui movie than his 2004 set, meaning they should be symmetrical rather than looking different from each other. 26. Niwark - stays the same. I would love him fight against Ikir or Agil. 27. Sidorak - stays the same, but his arms' articulation should be fixed. He needs a left hand, too. 28. Roodaka - stays the same, but she needs hands. 29. Keetongu - stays the same, but he needs hands/paws. 30. Visorak - stay the same. 31. Vahki - stay the same, and they should have elemental powers, too, if they were to control and patrol their certain Metru. 32. Lhikan - stays the same. He would appear as both Toa and Turaga as sets. 33. Kikanalo - stay the same. 34. Dume - stays the same, but give him a staff and make look more like a Turaga than his 2004 set. A Toa set being released this time would be cool, too. 35. The Rahaga/Toa Hagah - stay the same, but the other four Toa Hagah should be released as sets this time. 36. Voporak - give his lower arms hands. Would be cool if his set includes the Mask of Time, and he would be Sidorak's servant and his second-in-command for the Visorak and/or a fully official Dark Hunter. 37. Krakua - would like to see him as an official set. 38. The Piraka - would be cool if they are enhanced during science experiments to use their elemental powers independently and able to combine into Kaita and Piraka Nui. Plus, I would like them to have opening mouths in their sets. 39. Zaktan - would be cool if he were to be fused with Protodites during a science experiment. Think of it as mixing Skakdi DNA with Protodites. 40. Vezon - would be interesting if he were to be created from a science experiment as a clone created from Vezok's DNA, but deformed as a result. 41. Fenrakk/Kardas Dragon - stays the same. 42. Axonn - stays the same. 43. Brutaka - stays the same. It would cool if he appeared as both normal and Pit-mutated forms in set forms. 44. The Barraki - would be interesting if they are mutated with sea animal DNA during a science experiment. Plus, I would like them to have opening mouths in their sets. 45. Kalmah - he would have 6-8 tentacles for legs. 46. Ehlek - perhaps giving his set's claws a function where you push his claw prongs into his gauntlets and then push them out, similar to Wolverine from Marvel or the Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Give him one or two secondary colors, which are yellow and/or blue (I got that idea from Electro from Marvel and The Amazing Spider-Man movie in 2014). Also, fix his torso by making it less weird. Plus, give him an eel tail and a lower jaw. 47. Carapar - he would have 6-8 crab legs for legs and one pincer on each hand while his Squid Launcher is mounted on his shoulder. Plus, give him a lower jaw. 48. Mantax - make his arms look even by having same pieces on the forearms at the same length. Plus, give him a lower jaw. I would like him to have a function where he can turn from standing upright to having his body laying on the ground perfectly flat, like a manta ray that he is based on. 49. Pridak - give him a shark tail that can articulate, similar to Jawblade from Hero Factory. Perhaps make his dorsal fin and teeth bigger. Would be cool if his mouth can open and close in his set. 50. Nocturn - stays the same, but perhaps give him an extra tentacle. 51. Gadunka - stays the same. 52. Dekar and Hydraxon - stay the same. 53. Lesovikk - stays the same. If he were to appear in G3, make him more associated with the Toa Mahri's mission. Plus, he has to get over his guilt this time. 54. Karzahni - stays the same, but I would like his normal and mutated forms to be released as sets. If he were to appear in G3, make him more associated with the Toa Mahri's mission, too. The Toa Mahri would gladly give him pay back. 55. Artakha - would love to see him as a set. 56. Matoran - feels classic that way. I would like the ones that came out as sets be reintroduced, too. I would also like Vultraz and Mazeka to get really involved in the Toa Nuva's battle with the Kardi Nui Makuta. 57. Velika - as both a Matoran and a Great Being in sets. 58. Maxilos and Spinax - stay the same. 59. The Karda Nui Makuta in 2008 - stay the same. 60. Makuta Icarax - I would like him to stab Makuta Teridax in the back when a situation calls for it much more than in the 2008 storyline, similar to Scarscream from Transformers. 61. Makuta Miserix - would like to see him as an official set and goes to battle Teridax more. 62. Glatorian - stay the same. 63. Gresh and Vastus - give them Jungle powers to match their tribe. 64. Gelu - have Mata Nui give him Ice powers to match his tribe. 65. Agori - stay the same. 66. The Vorox - stay the same, but it would be cool if they were once normal Glatorian who were mutated in a science experiment with scorpion DNA. 67. The Zesk - stay the same, but it would be cool if they were once normal Agori who were mutated in a science experiment with scorpion DNA. 68. The Skrall - stay the same. Perhaps fix Tuma's legs' articulation. 69. Tren Krom - stays the same, and I would like him to be released as a set. 70. The Shadowed One and the Dark Hunters - stay the same. 71. Lariska - would like to see her as a set. 72. Helryx - would like to see her as a set. 73. Tuyet - would like to see her as a set. Perhaps make her a main villain in a new storyline. 74. The Element Lords - stay the same, but I would like to think that they got their powers from the Elemental Creatures (from G2) through a science experiment created by the Great Beings. The Great Beings would study the Creatures and their powers, so they can take some of their DNA and use it to turn normal people into the Element Lords. I would also like them to be released as sets. 75. Baterra - stay the same, but I would like them to be released as sets. 76. Makuta Spiriah - stay the same, but would be interesting if he were to be the ruler of the Skakdi. 77. Nektann (warlord) - Stays the same, but I would like him being slightly bigger than a Piraka in his set this time. It would be interesting if he would be Spiriah's second-in-command. 78. Nektann (robot) - I would like it to be its own set, like Maxilos. 79. Kabrua - would like to see him as a set, and would be slightly larger than a Vorox in his set, too. Or, I would like him to be the Vorox's own Tuma. 80. The Great Beings - I would like to see at least one of them or Angonce as a set. 81. The Protectors and their people in the island of Okoto - stay the same, but it would be interesting if they reveal as Agori who live in an island (Okoto) on Spherus Magna's Aqua Magna region. 82. Ekimu - stays the same, I would like to think that Ekimu would be one of the Great Beings' creations. He would also either be an inventor of Kanohi or Masks of Powers and provides the Great Beings with them, or the Great Beings had taught how to make masks. Either, he would be the first Mask Maker in history, and he would provided assistance. He would also be an assistant to Artakha or either one of them is inspired by the other in creating things. I would also like him to be a Titan set. 83. Skull Spiders - stay the same. I would like one of them to mind-control Lewa. 84. Lord of Skull Spiders - his set should be released as Titan-sized, like the 2015 Online Animations. His face should be made of more pieces and have two more legs. I would like to see him show and use the Golden Mask of Skull Spiders in the G3 story, too. 85. Skull Creatures and Skull Raiders - stay the same. I would like the see the Skull Raiders, including Axato, as sets. I would like all of the six Toa Mata/Nuva/Masters/Uniters get his/her own Skull foe and drained mask this time. I mean, Gali and Tahu never had their own foes or had their masks drained. Kopaka's and Pohatu's weren't drained in the G2 story, either. Have the Skull villains steal and drain all of their masks in the story, but do one of the Toa at the time (example: first Lewa. After getting his mask back, it's Pohatu's turn, then Kopaka, etc.), too (I would like to think that Axato would be Gali's own foe who could drain her mask). The Skull villains should get more character development and have longer and harder battles than in G2. 86. Kulta - He needs more character development and have longer and harder battles than in G2. 87. The Elemental Creatures - I would like to think of them as inspirations for the creation of the Element Lords or creations of the Great Beings. I would like that there are more than seven creatures (for example, a Creature of Lightning and a Creature of Air) and the fact that there are types of them (for example: two Ikir's). I would like the creatures to combine with at least any Toa, Glatorian, Umarak the Hunter, and perhaps Ekimu. Agil should be released as an official set that can combine with a being in the same way as the others (What I mean by that is attaching to the back and head). Also, Uxar's wings should be fixed. 88. Umarak - I would like to think that he may either join the Dark Hunters or would want to lead them by overthrowing the Shadowed One. It would be interesting if he would become the Destroyer by being mutated in a science experiment, perhaps in a similar condition as the Abomination from The Incredible Hulk movie in 2008. His forelegs should be fixed. I would also like to see him capture and use all of the Elemental Creatures. (He only captured two while he didn't use Uxar as much as Ketar). 89. The Shadow Traps - stay the same, but I would like the Ice Trap to be released in sets along the way. 90. The Elemental Beasts/Shadow Horde - stay the same, but I would like each of the Toa Mata/Nuva/Masters/Uniters have his/her own foe and corrupted mask. Each foe should come with the Toa's corrupted mask in the story. I mean, Lewa and Pohatu never had their own foes or corrupted masks. Kopaka has his own mask, but not really a foe. Gali has her own foe, but not her mask. I would like Storm Beast to include Gali's corrupted mask rather than Kopaka's if it were Gali's own enemy. I got the idea about science experiments from recent Marvel movies and TV shows, like Ultimate Spider-Man TV show, The Amazing Spider-Man movies in 2012 and 2014, and Marvel's Hulk movies. So, there. These are my ideas of characters that I would like them to appear in G3. I know it's a lot, but I picked them because I feel that they would be the most significant characters to a story, and I would like their sets to be more accurate to the story this time. Also so, you understand what I'm saying here, all of this? What about your ideas?
