This whole situation is awful.

it's not even just swearing people are being hit by this over. the guidelines also exclude videos containing even mildly suggestive humor and discussion of "controversial" subjects - which includes discussion of LGBTQ issues, apparently, because a lot of LGBTQ vloggers and the like have had their videos demonetized with that being cited as the reason. political channels and internet news sources are being affected as well. it's terrible.

I heard some folks blame ot on Feminists. But I don't believe that to be the cause, that would just be naive. I wish we did know however why it is that made the, decided to do this.

Whatever the cause, this will most certainly cripple if not kill youtube unless they resolve this immediately.
