I kinda prefer the X-Wing, to be honest. Even though it is pretty amazing that this manages to hold both itself and two cars up, it seems a little bland/skeletal compared to the iconic starfighter.

Also, I'm gonna definitely get that edited track from the lava race bit. [] I love that tune, and this version amps the powah up to eleven. []

Personally, I'm glad they kept it as it is and just updated the minifigures. I never got it myself, but hey, if you did then you must be enough of a fan to have collected most of the new minifigs already. And inserting the new character designs means that people who buy it nowadays aren't left with figures that look like they come from a decade ago.

Also, how on earth do you suppose they would redesign this behemoth? [] It's so amazing that anything else would be a downgrade. []

ʘ.ʘ Beautiful! Simply beautiful! The animation is superb and the music is excellence incarnate!

In fact, do you know where I could get my grubby little mitts on those tracks you used? [] I collect Bionicle-y music, and these sound incredible 01-ish. []

Even if I take off my nostalgia glasses (It it's even possible) the atmosphere of Gen2 will never compare to that of Gen1.
