    I challenged myself to see if I could build a constaction set using the Technic molds that are still currently in use. To my surprise I was actually able to put something together that wasn't an overly complicated mess of Technic. The diver theme came about after struggling to make a head that looked good and eventually I kludged together something that resembled a breathing apparatus.

    Too bad I cannot use this build for the other Toa Metru as their masks are too large. The Rau in particular doesn't fit at all and the rest require the head to be looking up at a 15 degree angle. Onewa's Komau is the only other Metru mask small enough to work with this build.

    This originally started as me seeing what different kinds of Matoran Builds that I could make. What I ended up with sort of resembled the Matoran in the movies and that is what led me to build the Moto-Sled as well.

    I made this with the intent of integrating G1 parts onto a CCBS body and connectors. I appreciate the sturdiness of CCBS but I wanted to keep the more "mechanical" look of G1 and have it done in a manner that could be believable as a standard canister set.

    I'm going to be honest. This game pretty much constitutes most of my experience with Gundam and Gunpla. Best $70 I've ever spent.
