    I’d love to see a picture! And I’m always looking for more prototypes, so if you’re ever looking to part with them either via sale or trade, hit me up! I think most people would consider the stuff you have cooler than the leeches though, there doesn’t seem to be any demand for the leeches outside of myself haha.

    The official collectibles topic? The yellow ones are already mentioned in the Binkmeisters section, I’m not sure if the other ones were posted there by the original owner or not. If I get the time I’ll look through and check!

    I appreciate it :) the leeches are my bread and butter haha! I’d be happy to provide any information I have. I’ve got a few more pictures of these on my Instagram as well. I’m talking to someone who has a couple that haven’t been publicly shared online, hopefully things work out and I’ll be able to share them as a part of my collection soon!

    “Rare masks” I would assume you’re talking about stuff like the PGK, PGI, or the euro “misprint” masks. Those are pretty easy to find for the most part, they just tend to be expensive. Prototypes are almost impossible to find nowadays, you’ve got to have connections or be in the right place at the right time. Takes a lot of patience!

    Decided to go ahead and take them out for a picture! The first two tridax pods top left are prototype, the rest are normal. On the first row of leeches (from left to right) we have the printed, the orange test molds, and the yellow Binkmeisters. On the second row are the sparkly ones, in order by gradient. And in the bag I have all the extra sparkly ones that I plan to give out at conventions/trade!

    The yellow ones I acquired from a Binkmeister bag, the rest of these I purchased somewhat recently from a former employee. I’m talking to someone right now about getting some colors I don’t yet have, which is exciting! These (and other prototypes) are very difficult to find, but good luck if you decide to go looking for any (and hit me up if you get any proto leeches haha)!

    I heard about this, and I do hope it’s true but I find it weird that he has that info (pertaining to the qualifying purchases) and not even a designer knows, and other LAN members have said they weren’t told. LAN has also had a track record of not being great with communication.

    At the time of my posting this, these were rumors, and not actually leaked. That being said it’s been confirmed at this point haha

    The Blacktron GWP is awesome, and worked out pretty well with how they’re handling the Bionicle GWP. I was able to buy all the Minecraft and Star Wars sets I wanted that just came out to get the Blacktron GWP, and I’ll just have to buy something else for the Bionicle one lol.

    Yeah it’s very weird they did it this way, and unfortunate on my end because I don’t really care about any current-day non licensed themes. That being said it’s worth it to me to get this set!

    I 100% agree. I can understand why people don’t like it, but I personally love it. I think it looks really good, it’s its own style so of course it’s not just like the original. You can really tell they actually poured a lot of love into this, including a stand to display Tahu on, including Takua (with the correct color legs for the first time!) with a “Kanoka”, and a little side build of the Mata Nui and Makuta stones! I’d be pretty happy if they did a g3 in this style, honestly.

    That would be so cool! While I think it’s unlikely, they could have it as a GWP to test the waters on Bionicle. Otherwise it’s just another great addition to the Icons series they’ve been doing!

    Recently received some more prototype leeches! 4 early versions of the shadow leech printed and spray painted, an early tridax pod, 3 orange testmold leeches, and another proto tridax pod (made in a darker orange than the final version). I also got quite a decent amount of prototype leeches that are for the most part the normal blue colors, but with a layer of sparkles applied.

    1414 Falcon Fan on Instagram! He tends to be very reliable. As with leaks and rumors though nothing is ever guaranteed, regardless of the source.

    If you guys haven't seen, there's a rumored Bionicle promo set to release early 2023! It's said to be a brick-built Tahu, and includes a mini Takua! Of course this isn't confirmed and we shouldn't get our hopes high, but it's from a pretty good source in the lego rumor community. What's everybody's thoughts?

    Unfortunately a lot of people were like this, and it kept them from enjoying Hero Factory. It was an awesome theme, not as good as Bionicle, but it didn’t need to be.

    It’s actually light green, the same as the hero core featured in the recon team logo. The shading in the instruction booklet definitely makes it look like sand green though!

    My Lego Network was my absolute favorite thing on the Lego website. It had so many crossovers and tied into so many of the Lego flash games, it was so good and so fun. That and Lego Junkbot were just a great time, along with all of those other flash games they had.

    I remember close to the end of My Lego Network there were a bunch of links that led to pages where you could get badges in the game that were exclusive and no longer possible to obtain, I always wondered how that was made possible but was always thankful, because it opened up new parts of the game for me to explore!
