IC: The orbs came in fast and Gawain, knowing he would not be able to dodge them and probably not reflect them with strength, braced himself for the impact. As he made no to avoid them, the attacks struck him dead on doing major damage. However Gawain still stood strong. It's a good thing his defenses are as good as they are, James thought. He paused for a moment before issuing the next command. He wanted to use Earthquake, as it was Gawain's strongest move, but thought about what the consequences would be if he did so. Earthquake was definitely not the most discreet move. "Use Muddy Water Sir Gawain," James said and the Swampert complied unleashed a wave at Cofagrigus. OOC: Question, is there any reason why James wouldn't be able to Teleport right now?

IC: "Hmm maybe not, but it ought to make this battle more... informative. Gawain, have you learned anything new?" The Swampert smiled as a thought of an attack rushed into his mind. It created a stream of both water and earth and launched it toward the Shadow ball. It was no contest. The Shadow ball completely dispersed the attack. Gawain managed to dodge in time upon seeing his attack being destroyed. That was Muddy Water, one of Swampert's more powerful attacks, but it was no match for that Shadow Ball. "Gawain launch a Mud Bomb at Cofagrigus." The Swampert complied creating a ball of mud and launched it at Cofagrigus.

IC: Dankaro was pleased to see Kakoriko village as he had no real love for hiking, and down a mountain with monsters was only slightly more pleasant than walking up that same mountain. The had run into several more Tekitites on the way down. However they posed little threat to Darren or his charge as he had grown up fighting such monsters and he knew how to fight them. Dankaro went off ahead of his Goron companion to speak to the guard about opening the gate. Darren however took one last last look at the mountain."Feh." he said quietly to himself as he caught up with Dankaro as the gate was opened."Alright we're through, now to head off to Zora's Domain," Dankaro said completely not caring that he was just about to enter Kakariko and not leave it."Right then," Darren said and two proceeded past the gate.

IC: "Alright then, our next destination is Zora's domain. Our meeting with our potential supplier is in three days. If we travel through the night, we should be able to make it there. Then we can take some time to prepare."Darren was not really listening. He had no reason to as he was not the business type. He let Dankaro take care of his business. All he cared was that he got his money."If we continue our pace we should reach Kakariko in..."Darren lept in front of the Deku Scrub as a Red Tektite sprang out and tried to attack Dankaro. With a massive punch, the goron smashed the monster into the side of the mountain."We must be more careful, monsters still populate this mountain.""Yes... of course..." he said slightly shocked.Well this is what I am paying him for Dankaro thought to himself.

OOC: Sweet time to start posting.IC: Dankaro checked every last thing in Darren's backpack. He liked to be thorough, making sure that he had everything before leaving."Are you done checking everything," a large Goron said as he entered into the room whre Dankaro was."Yes just now. We have all our supplies, pens, paper, the wares that we can sell on the road, and our money is accounted for done to the last green rupee.""So can you finally stop worrying and let us go already."The Deku Scrub turned around towards his companion."You seem to be very interested in leaving this mountain. Why? You have a problem with being home?""You pay me to protect you, not talk about home.""Touchy... very well we got the contract we wanted here. Our client will supply the guild, our job here is done. Very well let's go."The Goron picked up the large backpack and followed the Deku Scrub as the two left the inn that they were staying at and began to make the long trek down Death Mountain.

OOC: Noting the fact that with this battle Gawain has enough battles to evolve... IC: "Rude? Ouch, that really offends me right here," James said putting his hand over his heart. "Still I take the traditional battle I suppose. Gawain are you...." James stopped as he saw where a Marshtomp was a while ago was a Swampert. "Why is it that half of my pokemon evovle whenever I am not looking at them? I actually like watching them evolve." OOC:Species: Swampert Nickname: Gawain Trainer: James Arthur Appearance: Head fin has a red stripe on it. Personality: Gawain doesn't like to do hard work, but will fight strong if he must. Generally has a Relaxed nature. Didn't like his time with his former trainer, likes James a lot more. Ability: Torrent Specialty: Does well with both Physical and Special Attacks, but his main strength is in his Physical Defense. Lacks in speed however. Known Moves: Tackle, Earthquake, Water Gun, Bide, Muddy Water, Mud Bomb (egg move) Forgot Take Down, learned Muddy Water IC: "Well, I suppose what is past is past. IC: This maybe a trap but I have to try and strike at him. I need a wide attack to flush him out. Guinevere and Percival need time to reawaken so that leaves Gawain. He pulled out Gawain's pokeball and turned it into transparent mode. "I need you to use water gun as soon as I release you, use it over I wide area in the direction I point you. Do you understand?" James said quietly. Gawain had little idea about what was going on but nodded. James threw the pokeball which released the Marshtomp who unleashed a sweeping torrent of water with the intention of striking whatever may have been there.

Fine, but you become so obesessed in your quest to become better that you spend $497.89 on weapons and hats and you never play anything else either.I wish I could be better at TF2 without the horrible side effects I mentioned.

I noticed something when I was reading your description of the races (in the actually request topic, not this one). You say that deku scrubs do not have arms. This is not completely true as the business scrubs of Majora's mask have been shown to have arms, as does the king, princess and prime minister scrubs. I am wondering about this because I am interested in playing your rpg and was thinking of making a deku scrub character. Arms are not a neccessity (as I may not give them to him anyway as there are definitely deku scrubs that don't have arms), but they may come in handy and so I thought to say my piece.

OOC: Sorry I haven't posted these last couple days, my presents have kept me busy. Namely Zelda, but others too. IC: James was feeling drowsy, he knew he was, and he knew his pokemon were too. Percival had already fallen into slumber. But Guinevere psychic should be protecting us from the gas... *flashback*"Oh, it's nothing dangerous. At least, not by itself" *now*Okay the gas is definitely not causing but it is still obscuring. "Lady Guinevere use Psychic in burst to push the gas away." She released several Psychic bursts which did blow it away for a short time, only for it to return a few moments later. But it allowed James to see something. It looks like a barrier of some sort. No wait a second this is... His thoughts were interrupted by his sense of drowsiness. He saw that Galahad had a tough time remaining aloft and that Guinevere was yawning. The effects are getting worse, we have to leave this space. He retreated all three of the tiring pokemon and walked careful not to make a lot of noise, willing to risk a few more moments of growing tired than alert Pierce as in theory Pierce shouldn't be able to see him either to he saw the barrier and crossed it. He looked inside his briefcase putting the pokeballs of the tired pokemon and removing a pistol and Mordred's pokeball. This pistol may have to serve a different purpose if this tactic reaches that point James thought as he moved through a inky black fog searching for his opponet.

IC: James was definitely surprised when the gas came out however thankfully Guinevere managed to protect herself, James and Galahad, using her psychic energy. As Percival did not have to care so much due to his being a ghost.Okay, James thought having to think quickly, options: 1, try and make an exit and flee. 2 fight until my daemon ex machina hopefully arrive. Or 3 use ace-in-the-hole. Order of operation 2-3-1. "By the way, if you are up for one last question, what is your plan for fighting the Darkrai when they get here?" he asked partially to try and track where Pierce or goad into the first move, but also because he was curious about the answer.

IC: "I would like to ask one thing. The name implies you acknowledge that lack the power to defeat Sleight, does it not? Once you have wrested control of all of 'Hojohsin' do you think you will be strong enough? Also I notice that you have been doing the things that you claim that you fight against. You were not elected, chosen by the people. The was a power vacuum and you filled it. I will no say tyranny because it was well received but definitely undemocratic. As for the answer that you have given me, it is not quite satisfactory. But it will do considering you have already given away more than intended." Galahad floated behind him searching around. Something's off, it's like he is not here. Why can't I sense his aura? the Togekiss thought in Togekiss language. "May I ask one other thing, what is that clicking noise I hear?" Something tells me I don't want to know the answer, but it is bothering me James thought.

Lady Guinevere, will you relay these orders to Galahad and Percival? The orders flowed from James' mind to Guinevere's to Galahad and Percival's. "As for your question, I am here to receive answers for my questions regarding the Hojohsin league and you yourself, so I suppose my is yes." Galahad began scanning the area, using the aura to search for Pierce while Percival had disappeared ready to make his move and an instants notice.
