    Heads Up

    I already have my next name change and my new blog theme planned out. This will not be implemented until the site actually allows me to make my name change, and like this previous one I shall alter my avatar, blog theme, blog description and username at once.
     
    That said, my blog will keep its music notes. Not too many other blogs have those, so it really shouldn't be too confusing for you guys to know it's my blog. Now, it would be a total troll move if, say, everyone and their mother added that same music note at the end of their blog titles, but hey what's the chance of that happening?

    Sorry for the screaming, I just remembered the blogs exist this morning and I only had a minute before I started work to make an entry for old times sake.  Given the short time I had, I feel it was good.  
     
    Anyway, uhhhhhhhh stuff has been happening.  I got a job, quit that job and then got another job.  The second job seems good so far.  I actually get to take breaks this time lol.  
     
    Anyway, how has everyone been?

    Unfortunately I didn't get to see the big game. My parents were using the TV and watching movies so I missed out on the Puppy Bowl. I could watch a rerun or some videos, but it's just not as thrilling as watching it live.
     
    So I spent the day baking bread, reading Phoenix Wright manga, gabbing about gay stuff with friends, etc. By the time the soccer/hockey/lacrosse thing was going down, I was in the other room starting a rewatch of Yuri on Ice.
     
    Outside of my parents being super noisy about people moving a ball around, it was a nice day all in all.

    Basically, to figure this out, just watch "This Time Last Week" from The Angry Beavers cartoon. XD
     
    Dag pretty much has it pegged from what I can tell. XP
     
    So for anyone that doesn't remember this episode/has no idea what I'm talking about, here's a synopsis:
     
    Dag (the younger beaver by 4 minutes) decides to use a calendar that gives a brief mission every day on how to annoy your brother. The older brother, Norm, has to put up with these shenanigans (such as "being rubbed the wrong way" and "being tripped" into the lost city of Atlantis no less, suffering a bop on the head when he just wants to watch a movie, etc) all week until finally he decides to retaliate... by bopping Dag into last week. This makes Dag relive the past week over and over and over while he desperately tries to find a way out of this time loop.
     
    It's a good watch for anyone who watched the show when they were kids (Gosh, I barely remembered it. Has it really been over a decade? O.e)

    Step 2: Give Lewa dialogue and give even more thought than that to determine the correct usage of treespeak.

    Mostly because I keep reminding myself that the third 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors game is looking less and less likely for a release. It bums me out because 999 and VLR are pretty much my favorite video games of all time in terms of story and game mechanic. Also it has a bunny and a kiddie ride of said bunny which is used by a gentleman in a robot suit. WHAT MORE COULD A VIDEO GAME NEED, I ASK YOU?
     
    But, other than that life`s pretty chill right now. Can`t complain. Though, I really should make that cake sometime. I got busy last month, but now I am just being lazy. ^^`

    Yeah, I've got a cat on my lap and to my right my dog and other cat are snuggling up together. It's just so cozy that I don't want to get up, but I know that I have chores to do.
     
    My folks are coming home from a cruise tomorrow and I wanted to clean the house up a bit for them. So far I've cleaned up a very messy corner of the room and put up the Xmas tree. I've also wrapped a few presents for my brothers and put them under the tree. ^^
     
    The only reason I'm online is because there was a netbook within reach.
     
    It's feeling a lot like Xmas right now and I'm liking it. ^^ I can't wait until 2014 when the holiday season winds down.
     
    Whassat, Billy? You have a problem with me calling it Xmas?

    So, long story short, I nearly quit my job because of stress. I was used a lot for jobs other than what I applied for, some of which required that I work several hours on a widely varied schedule.
     
    In fact, we were so short staffed that I worked twelve hours on my birthday and that was pretty much my lowest point as I was consumed with stress about my future because there were so many things I was uncertain about.
     
    However, after a serious talk with my bosses, it looks like I am planned to work a fixed schedule of five straight days a week with two days off every week. Not only that, but I will be working solely for the job I was hired for once these changes go into effect.
     
    This is actually my ideal of where I want to be in my career in the first place, so I am deeply relieved about these developments.
     
    I feel like it may be a bit early to celebrate, but it looks like I will be sticking around a bit longer.
     
    Whassat, Billy? You've still got eight years of grad school and don't have to deal with this stuff yet?

    Okay, so I just wanted to blog. I have no reasons for doing so as nothing eventful has happened in my life lately.
     
    I'm still working an average of 6 days a week (though, my seasonal job is coming to a close, so probably by the ides of August I'll have more free time until my baking career demands more hours out of me.
     
    I still have two cats and a dog who are adorable. <3
     
    The avocado tree I'm growing is making progress, so that's cool (it's germinating and its sprout is around two inches long now. If I am able to grow avocados I will be eternally happy).
     
    The basil I planted still seems to be doing well. Rapunzel, my spearmint which was purchased at the supermarket, is purple, but still appears to be doing well (I named her Rapunzel because she's about four feet or so off the ground and her branches touch the floor). I think she may be suffering from Phosphorus deficiency.
     
    I got a few new Lego sets yesterday (The Chima game, a notebook, the Springtime scene, Valentine's heart box amongst others), which are always sooo much fun to build. =3
     
    I have a driving lesson this Friday which will be so much fun. Yaaaaaaay... ...
     
    So, yeah... My life's pretty boring. I kinda like it. ^^

    Yeah, I know I want to blog about something, but I totally can't remember what it is.
     
    So, while I remember, let me tell you a story.
     
    I forget what the story is.
     
    Okay, so all of that aside, I suppose I could talk about my vacation with Akano and KK.
     
    We saw stuff, did stuff, had some delicious gelato, went to the lego store and got the Palace Cinema (well, I did anyway), and I haggled with Akano over Lego sets.
     
    I ended up getting a Lego Iron man minifig for free with my purchase at the Lego store (Well, I ended up getting two, but this was before I got the second. I wanted to trade him away because I'm not a Superhero fan at all except for Batman because his story is literally the only one that makes any bit of relatable sense to me in any way, but I'm getting off topic). So, I traded my first Iron Man away for the LEGO Set DJ Pirate Fez Crab. The fact that this is not an actual Lego Set makes me question the sanity of LEGO's set creators. Basically I got the better end of the deal because DJ Pirates are cool enough, but one with a fez who is also a crab? Best. Figure. Ever.
     
    Anyway, I also managed to build the Palace Cinema over the span of two nights before it was time to leave. It is amazing and I love it so much. <3 It's my first really big set that I've ever gotten, so I'm super excited. I'll probably make a quick review sometime if anyone's interested.
     
    Anyway, I think that's pretty much it.
     
    I don't think I covered what I originally wanted to blog about...
     
    What did I want to tell them, Billy?
