It's an equilibrium. My four older siblings annoy me and my four younger ones, and vice versa.

Granted, my immediately-older brother and my immediately-younger brother are the worst, but still.

And why not? It's fuuun (until they retaliate. Then it spirals into war... which is also fun. XP).

Also, @Burnmad: The older brother's job is to physically intimidate the younger sibling. The younger ones, or at least me, tend to do little things that result in psychological mind games in hopes of subtly manipulating the alleged older sibling's actions.

Alas, even after so many years, my research has only come so far. Mind control is still out of my reach... =/
