Area would be proportionate to area.
A=lw
(A1)/(A2)=(l1)(w1)/(l2)(w2)
We have known for a very long time that the Toa Mata's purpose was to revive Mata Nui should he have fallen asleep. And the Makuta were not created evil, just powerful enough to do an important job.
-
Oh, they must be talking about area. I'm talking about length.
-
Metru Nui is supposed to be 1/7 the size of Mata Nui, but it isn't. Voya Nui is halved and stretched out. The southern continent is in the gut Mata Nui doesn't have, and Karda Nui is supposed to be in his midriff. Several things are just plain impossible about that map.

Allow me a go.

Teridax is for all intents and purposes the god of the Matoran universe -- he can hear every thought, he can wipe out any living thing in an instant, anywhere. It is by the mercy of his indifference to the now inconsequential power of the Toa that he does not wipe them all out in a heartbeat -- that, and he also needs the inhabitants of the Matoran universe more or less well-off, since they are now responsible for his bodily functions.Next year's main story rather abruptly leaves the situation in the Matoran universe on hold and instead focuses on the exiled Mata Nui's adventures in another world and the events that take place there.

...spoken Chinese came before written, so if someone were to say this word everyone would know what they're talking about, but when it came time to write it down, they simply chose another character that sounded like it and put a radical on it that related to the meaning of the word.
This is particularly interesting.
So Chinese has a large set of indivisible characters with essential meanings, called radicals, which you can use to build more complex characters with new meanings? (I thought I heard knowing 10,000 Chinese characters is enough to be literate, 50,000 to be a scholar.)
Why is it interesting? I'd imagine that's true of all languages. When a language was first developed, it's purpose would have been to verbally communicate ideas more clearly than just grunts and gestures. Writing would become important later, when people wanted to keep track of what has been said.
You hit it on the head: that's why it's interesting. It's true to the essence of language.
I have people I can talk to about Chinese, so don't sweat it. Thank you .

Half a dozen shadow Takanuva refers to Tridax's scheme as he revealed in the last Destiny War chapter.
In ancient Greece, the agora was the town square or market-place. An agoraphobe is afraid of socializing, e. g. going outside.

It's typical for Lego to release games on both PC and console -- Bionicle the Game and Bionicle Heroes, for example. I'm sure this one would be too.
-
Next time I may start starring interesting facts. I need to find a good symbol for it...
-
That's incredible. I don't know Chinese, but aren't kanji combinations of characters, and that's how they get their meaning? Like a drawing of a man over a surfboard would mean "surfing," or something like that? I see two identical characters on the top of the last one flanking a middle one.

Sounds like Agent Smith.

Dreams are wierd.
Again with Soviet Russia, eh?

We strike Denmark at dawn!

I found it on some person's Brickshelf, it was part of a promotional booklet, in Russian, given out at a toy event when the Mistika were being revealed. It's a shame that it's only places like those that you can find these kinds of things! Whatever BS01 has, there's obviously more that Lego hasn't released. It's tantalizing.

Just think, there's some hard drive sitting at the Lego company that has all of the Bionicle promo or conceptual art ever created on it. I mean, did we ever see awesome images like these back in 2005?
Someone wanna go on a raid with me?
Bink should consider putting up a site that's just galleries of all the high-res Bionicle artwork they've done. I mean, it probably can't fit in the web budget, but it's a heavenly idea.

Realizing from what you pointed out, SI, ALL of the Glatorian have an odd sort of disk -- I think it's a point counter, like for a D&D sort of game -- on their foor or on their back. That's a new thing for Bionicle.

I have no worries that 2009 isn't going to be good.

That's almost too intense, WX!

Don't like the sets?

...In a good way, I assume?
They're ill. They have a fever.

I agree that the blades are really cliche, but the head and armor are sick.
-
Maybe it's a sign of the return of combiners, like how the Toa Mata had random pegs so they could be used in the alternate models. That would be nice.

That was the Toa Mata's mission, yes. It's no insult to them, since it was an important job.
The Great Beings evidently didn't foresee the Brotherhood's betrayal. They might have suspected their universe wasn't perfect, but then what ever is? They had no reason to think the Makuta in particular would rebel.
