    When there is something wrong, when there is trouble, when you have an argument or a problem with a person you really care about, do you notice how all other things suddenly become minor and not as important as that one issue that needs to be resolved?

    My CS3 Portable Version killed itself yesterday. Now I must wait until I can get CS4... 
    All digital art is on hold right now >_< But I wanted to work this weekend, darnit!
     
    At least I've got some good-looking sketches in the works. Those Skrall are a horror to design though.

    Is it weird to identify with a TV-show character? Even if we both do have inner monologues, work at a hospital and our best buddy there is in surgery?

    Yeah I know, old news, everybody's grandma has seen it by now, but I haven't.
     
    I wont go into any depths here, I just wanted to get it off my chest that the music really made this motion picture work for me
     
    Espescially since I knew most of the songs anyway.

    It's simply beyond cool ^^ 
    Isn't it nice if you read a book or watch a movie or are in the middle of enjoying some other type of media and you know that places featured in this book/movie/audioplay are places you've actually been to?
    It makes the whole experience much more vivid.
     
    In my case it's Frank Schätzing's book "The Swarm", in which half of the action in the beginning takes place in and around Vancouver/Vancouver Island (The aquarium or Whalewatching for example).
     
    It just doubles the fun of listening to the audio-version of the book

    Ok. Maybe not, but it is interesting and fascinating how many parallels I see in his Values and mine.
    At least from what I saw in the featurette on the Dark Knight Blu-Ray disc ^^

    It seems the only place I can think straight in at the moment is my home...or when talking to friends...everywhere else I feel...hindered, held back, distracted or downright annoyed by everyone around me...this can't be right...

    Need Sleep

    Been working on one piece of art since I got home. Finished it about 90%, just need to add shadow to one area.

    Soo, my last day in Oregon and now I got to California on a train...dragged Nukaya out for smoothies before I left ^^ I had a great time here these last...I don't know how many days. Practically been here forever...or 2 and a half weeks, whatever you prefer.
     
    Only three stops remain before Brickfair. I am all set for that. And there only remain 2 things to actually organize before I get there. So everything is pretty relaxed so far.
     
    Art-wise I am getting a couple of good ideas the last two days.
     
    San Fran hasn't disappointed so far. My train was an hour early in Sacramento and I found the Hostel right away. Might head over to the Bridge to enjoy the fireworks tonight

    "More then a feeling"-Boston, one of my favourite rock-songs. I've liked it for as long as I can remember.
    Sadly it fits my situation right now, but I'm confident things will turn out for the better again, I just need to wait.

    I'm Gone

    I am going on a weekend trip with my parents.
     
    We'll be in Belgium, so, unless I accidentally run across Schizo there, consider me gone from BZP for a couple of days.
