Built this summer for a Bota Magna dinosaur contest, this critter makes good use of the wing piece for the shapely head. The color scheme on the upper body is quite nice, with the sleek black armor along the shoulders and the tail matching the head. It is a bit disappointing that two different shades of green were used on the legs. Still, it's a very intimidating specimen.View the full article

Another What If contest entry, this one re-imagines the Ussanui set as an actual combiner model made using the Rahkshi. The design isn't particularly sleek compared to modern building standards, but it does a great job of recreating the shape of the original set with a very limited (and somewhat colorful) parts selection. And all things considered, the concept is more movie accurate than the original set! (Although still don't see where Hahli could hide in this one either.)View the full article
